Picture this, the sun shining down on a beautiful winter's day. I had a very pleasant experience at Honest burger today. Greeted by 2 friendly staff members. As part of their giveaway the double smashed cheeseburgers were cooked to perfection. The brown butter mayo fuses everything together with delectable delight. The rosemary chips were golden crispy and fresh from the fryer. There was very nice decor in a cosy environment and all condiments were readily available on the table without asking. Honestly, this is one of the best dining experiences I've had the pleasure of eating. The goods have spoken!

I usually love going to honest burgers,but this time it was an unpleasant visit. I ordered a well done order and after having a few bites I saw it was pink in the middle. When I asked the waiter,he took my burger to the kitchen ,came back and said that they checked the internal thermometer which showed the necessary degrees for well done. We told them that some areas were indeed well done but in the middle it was not. I went on saying that I am pregnant and the waiter told me I should have said that when ordering. I shouldn't have to disclose such information, and when I order something well done for any possible reason I expect to see no pink inside!They after took my burger back and cooked it thoroughly and removed it from the total bill. The waiter/chef never gave an apology!

Ordered via Uber Eats. Requested my burger was cooked medium-well, but it was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Disgusting, went straight in the bin. Edit - Customer service have handled this really well so I have increased my rating. The rest of the food was also good and well cooked.
