Ordered 1 x crispy chicken soft taco, 1 x soft taco supreme and 1 x crunchy taco supreme in store and had to wait exactly 32 minutes to be called for collection. I wonder what the rocket science it is to take this life-long 32 minutes to make that and all the scientists (staff) looked lost in the kitchen. All the 3 tacos I received were cold as ice and tasted ridiculous. I wish I could put 0 star!

Managed to get there at a quiet time 2pm weekday. Ordered one of the combo on the touchscreen and waited couple of minutes for my food. Food tasted good from the burrito to the taco and the fries are very tasty. The drink need to fill yourself and it can be very busy because it just opened recently.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered three different times with no lettuce but they didn’t care, they put lettuce on my tacos every time. The chicken taco is dry and flavourless, had to wait an hour for my order, not worth the money, won’t be going back again

I’ve been to many a Taco Bell around the world AND IN ENGLAND and this is probably the worst. Tacos had tiny amount of meat and fillings. They didn’t have napkins. Chips and food were cold. Quesadilla was soggy. Gross. Do not recommend stay away!!

I'm a NBA basketball fan , you must be thinking what has Taco Bell got to do with it , I watch NBA on ESPN and they would advertise Taco Bell always but we never had one in the UK untill now , I thought why not give the Old Taco 🌮 Bell a try and to my amusement it didn't let me down, The prices are reasonable, Shop itself is busy but that shows how good the food must be , Ppl serving are really polite and took my order with no lettuce just sauces and chicken in mine , I tried the crunchy taco, soft taco, with spicy fries, I really enjoyed it because it tasted fresh and tasty, I will come back again if I'm passing through Stratford mall and will buy it again, 10 out of 10....
