Halal taco bell. I had their chicken taco, chicken burrito, fries, churros and drink deal. The deal itself was reasonable. Chicken taco and chicken burrito are not recommended. They tasted below average. The fries and churros were good in taste. I also had chicken nachos which are average. Overall, i would not recommend anything besides churros. The cleanliness is below par (all tables and floor were dirty). Staff was nice and were rolling out orders pretty quickly.

Ordered on uber eats, i opened up my crunchwrap to add chips into it and i see two hairs which is actually disgusting. Furthermore the meat was rubbery and the whole meal was just shit

Don't buy anything from this Taco Bell store. i order veggie food, and they give me chicken one. Never order from this store. I have an allergy with meat as well. So now, who is responsible for this thing if some happen to me.

Absolutely appalling and distressing experience at the Stratford Broadway Taco Bell. I visited on 13th July around 11 AM. After placing and receiving my order, I tried to use the toilet upstairs (which was closed) and had to use the lift due to severe back pain and feeling unwell from the morning. I got stuck in the lift — a terrifying moment — and my husband called a staff member named Rafi for help. Instead of helping or showing any concern, he aggressively asked first thing — “Why did you use the lift?” — and began shouting at both of us. I explained I was feeling unwell and that I’m a regular customer who has seen others use the lift. But he continued to argue, showing zero empathy and escalating things further. After that, I managed to get out myself from the upstairs door again while he was still busy arguing with my husband. When I came out, he was still behaving rudely. Only when we asked for a manager did he claim he was the manager, which is incredibly concerning. The restaurant wasn’t even busy — we were the first customers — so there was no excuse for his behaviour. Security from the shopping centre got involved and took my name around 11:15, encouraging me to file a complaint. This ruined my entire day. Also, the food was poorly prepared — this is how you cut your quesadilla now? No one should be treated like this, especially when already feeling vulnerable. I won’t be coming back here again. I hope Taco Bell UK takes this seriously.

Great customer service, popped in for lunch to the Stratford center branch today, stuffs there are always helpful. Mr Alom served me there, he greeted me with a smile and helped me choose, food is always great there. Halal food options makes it a great choice.
