Ordered on uber eats, i opened up my crunchwrap to add chips into it and i see two hairs which is actually disgusting. Furthermore the meat was rubbery and the whole meal was just shit

Don't buy anything from this Taco Bell store. i order veggie food, and they give me chicken one. Never order from this store. I have an allergy with meat as well. So now, who is responsible for this thing if some happen to me.

Halal taco bell. I had their chicken taco, chicken burrito, fries, churros and drink deal. The deal itself was reasonable. Chicken taco and chicken burrito are not recommended. They tasted below average. The fries and churros were good in taste. I also had chicken nachos which are average. Overall, i would not recommend anything besides churros. The cleanliness is below par (all tables and floor were dirty). Staff was nice and were rolling out orders pretty quickly.

Sadly we were let down by this place. The food was ok but the seating area was disgusting. The bins were over flowing and there was not a single clean table to eat our meal.

As a delivery driver, I regularly face issues at Taco Bell in Stratford Centre Mall. Many times, the order is not prepared until the delivery driver arrives at the store. Even after reaching on time, we are told to wait an additional 10 minutes or more, which causes unnecessary delays. This is not a one-time issue; it happens repeatedly. They also prioritise in-store customers over online delivery orders, even though both should be treated equally. On top of that, the staff behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. Delivery drivers are often ignored, especially when the shop is busy with walk-in customers. Orders are frequently not ready on time, which makes our job very difficult. This store clearly needs more staff and better-trained service staff. Otherwise, they risk damaging their reputation due to poor service and unprofessional behaviour. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards.
