Very quick service. Polite staff and a very clean restaurant. I want to especially mention the staff behind the counter who served me with a smile and asked if I wanted any sauce for my fries. Awesome interaction - this is how hospitality should be :)

Very poor management. Only one girl working in front and back. She is clearly under a lot of pressure doing all the jobs by herself. Will call the council as well about this. I don't recommend coming here as there is a very big cue always. I work across the road and I come here often it's always like this.

Firstly, the area is dirty. We came in because of the double deal at 5.99£ The burger was so salty, i have never found food salty in kfc but this was bad. The table was dirty. We cleaned it up. The person who got us the burger, we told him it was salty and he ignored us which was not cool at all. Bad service, bad food. Good cold drinks tho. Please definitely check on this.

I had a great experience at KFC recently, and I just had to leave a review to highlight the incredible service I received from Dinithi. It was during a really busy time, and I was honestly surprised to see that she was the only person at the front — not only taking orders at the till but also preparing the food all by herself. Despite the pressure and the long queue of customers, she stayed calm, friendly, and professional throughout. Dinithi greeted everyone with a smile and made sure each order was prepared correctly and quickly. I could see she was doing the work of multiple people, but she never let it show in a negative way. It’s rare to see that kind of dedication and attitude, especially in such a fast-paced environment. She went above and beyond, and I really appreciated the way she handled everything so smoothly.
