Mimi Mei Fair Mayfair

I had a fantastic experience at Mimi Mei Fair! The food was outstanding, the Xiao Long Jewels were definitely the highlight of the meal, absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The Mala Spicy Tofu was also amazing, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat. On top of that, the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and a special mention to Sam who served us he was incredibly nice and made us feel really welcome. Highly recommend this place!

Dining at Mimi Mei Fair felt like stepping into a fairytale. ✨ The atmosphere is absolutely magical — every corner of the restaurant is beautifully designed, like something out of a storybook. The service was impeccable — attentive, warm, and professional from start to finish. And the food? Simply incredible. Every dish we tried was full of flavour, beautifully plated, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a truly special dining experience in London. From the moment we walked through the doors of MiMi Mei Fair, it felt like stepping into another world-opulent, elegant, and unmistakably special. My girlfriends and I went for a long-overdue girls’ lunch and decided to try their tasting menu with sharing plates, and what a journey that turned out to be! We began with prawn dumplings that were delicately folded and packed with flavor. Then came duck dumplings, followed by octopus dumplings each bite kept raising the bar. For the main course, there was a comforting bowl of rice paired with chicken and vegetables, each dish beautifully balanced and served with thoughtful precision. And then… dessert. A mango sundae with coconut that I still dream about it was tropical, refreshing, and surprisingly light. The cocktails were another highlight. I had two, but the margarita infused with basil was something else bold, herby, and absolutely unforgettable. The whole experience felt like a celebration. The interiors are stunning bold, rich, and regal. The space oozes sophistication and immediately tells you you’re in a fine-dining Chinese restaurant, but without ever feeling intimidating. It’s the perfect place for a special get-together or an indulgent lunch with someone who appreciates detail. Would I go again? In a heartbeat.
