Chuku's (Tottenham)

Attended Chukus for the first time and this was a lovely small restaurant. We did a walk in but due to the size would not always be available. The restaurant was nicely presented and vibrant in colour and culture. There is a toilet for customers. The menu was very unique and allowed for trying new things. The staff were helpful in advising on spice and flavour. The dishes are beautifully presented and the flavours are incredible. Definitely worth a visit. This is tapas style so a couple of dishes are recommended. Between a couple we had 1 starter, 5 mains and 1 desert to share and this was plenty. You're definitely on full on flavour and experience.

The pumpkin pancake rocks. I can have it anyway , pumpkin and sauce is flavourful and great peanut has great crunch

Lamb it is one of most unusual sauce I ever have. It is spicy seriously spicy but flavourful some hint of smoke fish come across. Truely special
All the other dish is modify but work very well , all cook very nicely

Staff is attentive and Maria is super nice

I will be back for that pancake

Had a great meal here last night - friendly service, lovely environment, really great food. The wings in particular were amazing - overall, it was a lovely pace, felt very relaxed. Would go again!

Chuku's is a spot that's kind of a home away from home for those looking for a taste of Lagos in London and they serve up some really delicious bite sized portions.

Given that they open after five, that's a really good time to just hop in after work. You'll probably need at least three to four meals per person to get the best experience possible and some of our favs were the chicken atan din din and sinasir.

They have a host of Nigerian themed cocktails like their mango bellini and the Eze but the favourite was our Obi made up of palm wine and coconut rum which was a real eye opener and you get a happy hour deal where you get two drinks for £15. Also, there's a decent vegan selection here.

I can't believe I had to come all the way from Canada to show my friends this awesome place in their neighbourhood! Enthusiastic servers, great ambience, and delicious food with complex flavours. A hidden Tottenham Hale gem!
