Was recommended by a friend to try Laguna and was not disappointed!  Delighted with our experience here even though the waiter didn’t quite get our order right. For example, one of the dishes we ordered didn’t arrive so they subsequently made it and didn’t charge us for it. The food is tasty and I have no complaints with the good portion sizes.  Really liked the okra fries and the chicken vindaloo (super spicy). We ordered quite a lot and actually we ordered a veg mixed grill instead of a meat one by accident!  Next time will need to be clearer with the waiter. The staff are really polite and attentive but make sure to get the order right!

As the owner of Froyle Park, I wanted to experience first-hand the magnificent work Laguna are known for and it did not disappoint. Laguna are one of our preferred suppliers for weddings and events at the venue, and after dining here, it’s easy to see why.

The food was authentic, beautifully prepared, and full of flavour, with cocktails that were nothing short of incredible. I went with my brother and friends, and it made for a fantastic evening all round.

A truly impressive restaurant - both for dining out and for the world-class catering they deliver. Highly recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Laguna Restaurant and Events cater our wedding at Waddesdon Manor in August 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless and stress-free – all thanks to Anand, our dedicated event manager.

Anand was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted during our initial food tasting and helped us curate a unique and meaningful menu that represented both of our families’ tastes and cultures. His attention to detail and genuine care stood out from day one.

On the day of the wedding, Anand was on-site, calm, and incredibly efficient, managing everything behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Even when a few unexpected hiccups came up (as they always do!), Anand handled them quickly and professionally without involving us – allowing us to fully enjoy our big day.

As for the food – every single guest raved about it! The flavors, presentation, and variety were all spot on. We've had so many compliments from our family and friends since the wedding, and many have said it was some of the best wedding food they've ever had.

We are so grateful to Laguna and especially to Anand for helping make our wedding day so special. If you're looking for exceptional service, delicious food, and a team that truly cares – look no further.

Went to this lovely restaurant last night to celebrate my friends birthday. What a wonderful time we had. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.  The food was served quickly and was absolutely delicious. I had stir fried lamb, special fried rice and spring rolls to start. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a brilliant evening. They took group photos for our party of 10 and joined in singing happy birthday. The manager calculated my bill for me. All in all, a fantastic evening. I would go back without hesitation

I was at this restaurant last week for my birthday.

Unfortunately, the evening did not meet expectations, especially considering the price point.

The service was slow, with long waits between courses. When the food did arrive, I didn't like it. A major issue was the flavor profile, it seemed as though sugar had been added to every dishes making the food oddly and unpleasantly sweet.

Furthermore, the portions were very small,which only exacerbated the feeling of poor value for what was a very expensive meal.

Overall, I was not happy with the experience and felt that the quality of the food and service did not justify the cost.

We had a lovely Sunday evening meal with friends at this restaurant. The service from beginning to end was great and the staff were warm and helpful. The food was delicious, highly recommend the butterfly king prawns, crispy chilli beef, lamb lettuce wrap and crispy duck pancakes. Definitely will be coming back.

I tried the Full Flavour Fix package at Wingstop Ealing Broadway, and honestly, it was so good! The chicken wings were perfectly crispy and packed with flavour, and the chips were super tasty too. The seasoning on everything was just amazing — every bite had that perfect balance of spice and flavour. The place has a nice vibe, and the service was quick too. Definitely coming back for more wings soon!

Wingstop Ealing absolutely nailed the brief. The wings were on point—perfectly cooked, packed with flavour, and clearly handled by a team that knows their craft. But what really moved this from “great food” to “standout experience” was the service.

A special shoutout to Reshma—she was proactive, genuinely kind, and handled everything with calm confidence and a big smile. She didn’t just serve food; she owned the customer experience end to end. That level of care makes a difference, and it shows this place is being run with the right mindset.

Net-net: great wings, great energy, and people like Reshma are the real secret sauce. Will definitely be back.

Molana Persian Restaurant

I had a wonderful experience at Molana Restaurant. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and welcoming. The food is full of authentic Persian flavours — the kebabs were juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the rice was fluffy and fragrant. The starters were also incredibly fresh, and everything tasted homemade.

The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Persian food in a friendly setting, Molana is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Amazing food as always, but portion sizes of the meats/skewers have definitely become smaller whilst prices have gone up. It was also extremely noisy in the restaurant; people were pretty much shouting to have conversations and the music was very loud. The staff were amazing. Overall, it has definitely become more crowded and more expensive, but the food is delicious and service is really good.

I enjoyed eating here...the food was lovely and really filling. I had to get a takeaway dish...the servers especially Mahtab was very helpful and pleasant 😊I'll visit again with my family

Great Persian restaurant! The kebab was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. Portions were generous, and the service was friendly. Cozy atmosphere—definitely worth a visit for authentic Persian food!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | A poetic grill session in the heart of Ealing

Walked into Molana expecting a standard dinner — walked out questioning why lamb chops don’t come with a side of Shakespeare.

The place is charming in its own mystical way, with plates on the wall that probably hold more secrets than I do. Ordered the lamb chops with rice and a salad (£25.50), and I must say — those chops were grilled like they were being judged by Rumi himself. Juicy, tender, and just smoky enough to awaken your ancestors.

The rice? Fluffy and politely topped with a saffron crown. The side salad tried its best to pretend it was more than just a colorful guilt trip on the plate, but points for effort.

Service was calm and non-intrusive — kind of like your therapist on a good day.

It’s not cheap, but then again, neither is tastefully charred poetry on a plate. One star deducted because greatness should come with napkins that don’t stick to your soul (or fingers).

Will I be back? Probably. There’s still a whole menu of metaphors to eat through.

Food and sushi was amazing! Gave it a 4 because it felt like there’s just too much veg on the rice bowl i think less veg and more rice would be better shoutout to the staffs as well I can see them working really hard. Place looks cute as well

Popped in on a Sunday evening. The man who served me was very kind and attentive, and I also felt like this place had a comforting kind of energy. I had the Japanese chicken rice bowl and some gyoza - so scrummy and delicious. Really well priced, and I like how fresh it all is (and of course Halal) Will definitely be back soon, think it’s so great and really enjoyed my dinner.

I order sushi platters and chicken katsu Curry rice the food was amazing and the service were excellent .
This place is good as there brand name and reputation.

YouMeSushi never disappoints! As a returning customer, I’ve been here a couple of times, and each visit has been fantastic. The staff are always so welcoming and attentive, making me feel valued every time. The service is consistently excellent, and the food is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It’s clear they take great care in maintaining high standards. I’ll definitely keep coming back for more amazing sushi and great vibes. Highly recommended!

The sushi itself took me by surprise. It was quality, almost restaurant level and went down really well. What makes it even better is teriyaki sauce and spicy mayo you can dunk it in along with the usual spicy mayo.

Their katsu curry is very popular and I could see why but my favorite had to be the Japanese fried chicken rice bowl. This was delicious and my kinda dish. Crunchy pieces of fried chicken with Japanese flavours and this was cleaned up.

These guys have quite a few branches around so if you're looking for a quality fully halal Japanese food fix, this is a solid option.

We have recently improved our processes to remove mirin (alcohol) from our preparation process. All our chicken tempura is halal but our chicken gyoza is not halal.

You feel like you are in Syria 🇸🇾 . The water feature and art. The entire ambience is lovely and nostalgic.  Desserts are all handmade.  Syrian pistachio and ashta ice cream was great.  Staff are friendly and were helpful to choose the ice cream.  The portions are big

The cakes are poor and too sugary. Not fresh and too moist. The coffee is not hot and very warm. I was not able to eat the cake as it was extremely sugary. Needs improvement as I am a regular customer and the customer service needs severe improvement. Please don’t go to this cafe if you want to be served extremely sugary cakes and lukewarm coffees. You’re welcome.

Very nice Iftar meal and homey atmosphere. Soup plus 4 starters then the main course with its very generous portions. Finished with coffee and dessert. All well made and for £25/person. Highly recommended. We’ll be back!

I recently visited Levant, and it’s truly a charming spot that brings the spirit of Damascus to life. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the beautiful flooring to the fountain, the decorative phrases on the walls, and the carefully selected plants that adorn the space.
The taste of the Kunafa and Harissa (or Namoura) was absolutely fantastic and authentic. It’s a place that not only offers delicious food but also an immersive experience that feels like stepping into the heart of Damascus.

Everything was great, we had Syrian breakfast 😋
This is a new levant, both the shop are wonderful. I really recommend it 🌹😍

Haweli of Ealing offers great value for money with well cooked, flavoursome dishes that exceeded our expectations. I ordered the Lamb Bhuna while my partner chose the Paneer Madras, and both were excellent. The balance of spice was spot on and the portions were generous. We paired our mains with a mushroom rice, which complemented the dishes perfectly. To finish, we shared a Mango and a Pistachio Kulfi, which was delicious and something we would happily recommend to anyone.

One standout positive is the extensive separate Vegetarian and Vegan menu. It is far more comprehensive than what most restaurants typically offer, making it a strong option for mixed dietary groups.

The service was perfectly fine, though nothing particularly memorable. As for ambience, we arrived around 18:15 and were the only diners for a short while, so it was difficult to get a full sense of the atmosphere, though it did become busier as the evening went on.

Overall, a very solid dining experience with tasty dishes and great value, earning a well deserved 4.5 stars.

Had a delightful dinner yesterday, one of the best Indian meals I have ever eaten and excellent value for money.  The restaurant is clean and spacious, immaculate tables and not cramped together as is often the case.  The food was beautifully presented, a perfect balance of spices to deliver a meal that was truly amazing.  The side dishes were faultless too and the portions were just right.  Coupled with the most attentive and friendly service, we walked away knowing we had just had the perfect meal in beautiful surroundings and this will be our go to Indian restaurant from now without doubt.

Booked a table through the fork, I told them I'd reserved a table but they didn't seem to understand me.

Nonetheless they had free tables so my group had no issues getting served. Ordered a bunch of starters and were underwhelmed. Lamp chops were slightly tough and overdone and lacked flavour. Chicken wings were okay, chilli paneer average.

Onto the mains and the curries lacked punch and flavour, they maybe used to western palates as I like my spice.

This place is overpriced for what it is, you do have the option of paying by cash and getting 20% off. Why can't they just price their food normally, very odd.

Worst of all, me and my friend had upset tummies the next morning and needed the loo a few times so I question the cleanliness of the place.

I just had dinner at this amazing restaurant, and I can't stop raving about it! The cuisine was absolutely delightful, and Khalil, made the experience extra special with his warm and expert service. The ambience was perfect – cozy decor, ambient lighting – creating a memorable setting for a fantastic meal. Highly recommend!

The Sushi Co - Ealing

I recently visited The Sushi Co in Ealing and had a great overall experience. The food was fresh, tasty and well-presented, especially the sushi rolls which had a good balance of flavour and quality ingredients. Portions are on the moderate side, but the quality makes it worthwhile.

The service was friendly and attentive – staff were polite, welcoming and made sure everything was to our liking. There was a short wait for some items, but the team remained helpful and pleasant throughout.

The ambience is casual and relaxed, more suited to a quick bite or a chilled meal rather than a formal dine-in experience. It’s clean and modern, but not particularly atmospheric – ideal for a simple, enjoyable meal rather than a special occasion.

Overall, a solid spot for fresh sushi and great service in Ealing. I’d happily return!

Always good food and good atmosphere. This has become our goto for local sushi now. Especially if you book through the Fork app and get 50% discount.

We really wanted to like the food, but we must've caught them on a bad day.
The hot dishes were excellent (chicken katsu curry and katsu prawns), but we had to leave most of the sushi as it was nearly inedible. The main issue was the rice being severely overcooked and mushy, to the point where it was turning into a paste in your mouth. It should definitely not have been served at this state.
The actual ingredients were fine and our waitress was lovely.

When we entered the restaurant, there was no one else - we were the first to order (Veggie Box). However, it took around 25 minutes for our food to arrive. Meanwhile, customers who came in after us, even with much larger orders, were served first, and several takeaway orders were prioritized over ours.

When our order finally arrived, it was incomplete-the edamame and seaweed salad that were supposed to come with the meal were missing. The edamame was eventually brought out halfway through our meal, but by then it felt like an afterthought.

The portion size was disappointing, and the sushi pieces were quite small and not presented well. Overall, the experience was underwhelming given the wait time, portion size, and service.

We are 100% Halal and our soya sauce is free of alcohol.

Steak on the Green Steakhouse

We have visited Steak on the Green several times, and we keep coming back because both the food and the service are truly exceptional. Everything here is of the highest standard — the staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the whole place feels spotless and inviting.
The interior is elegant and cosy, with beautiful exposed brick walls, a great selection of wines, and a romantic, atmospheric charm that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk in. It’s truly a beautiful place, full of warmth and character.
Every starter we’ve tried so far has exceeded our expectations, and every visit leaves us just as impressed as the first. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food and a genuinely pleasant, memorable experience.

Amazing experience. Upon arrival we were very kindly asked if we require the halal menu to which we said yes. The ambience of the restaurant itself was absolutely beautiful and the service was exceptional..and the food? INCREDIBLE. Easily the best steak we’ve had and if you enjoy seafood I highly recommend the ‘prawns pil pil’; I’m still dreaming about them now! I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough ⭐️

I visited Steak on the Green yesterday 30,11,2025 to celebrate my partner’s birthday with her family. The food was really nice, and the young blonde lady who served us was amazing—friendly, attentive, and a real credit to the restaurant.

However, the manager’s behaviour was extremely disappointing. She adjusted her trousers right next to our table while we were eating, and later gave dirty looks when my mother-in-law simply asked if we could remove the service charge so we could leave a cash tip instead. Because of this unprofessional attitude, I chose to leave no tip at all, which is a shame because the rest of the staff truly deserved it.

To be clear, the service from the other staff was excellent, but the manager needs serious retraining in professionalism and customer service.

Absolutely brilliant! I came to celebrate my 40th birthday and they were so accommodating we had a halal menu. The food was delicious and the waitress was excellent, it was a breath of fresh air to have a waitress who knew what the items on the menu were with such passion. Will definitely be coming back thank you!

Food is pretty good but service is with attitude.  This is our second visit. First visit we didn’t eat, just walked out because the waitress was rude to us. This time, we finished the dinner however the waitress (different from the first time) has a bit of attitude.  When we order, we have to order according to ‘their way!’ which is all starters have to be ordered first followed by all main courses then all sides. I find this weird as most restaurants take order person by person.

Please ask a member of staff for the Halal menu. Our Sunday roast is now also Halal.

Went to Honest Burgers with my friend who had never tried it before, and she absolutely loved it , especially the huge portions of chips, which were unreal. The food was delicious as always, and the homemade lemonade was the cherry on top , so delicious and refreshing. What really made our visit though was our waitress Elsie. She was so bubbly, funny, and genuinely kind , her humour honestly made our day. We left smiling and can’t wait to come back and hopefully see her and the rest of the team again soon. Thank you all for such a lovely experience 🤍🍔🍟

What a shame, after a few excellent visits to this branch of honest burgers, the experience this evening fell well below standards.

1. We were allocated a table which was in a tight corner, with a receipt printer right next to my head going off every now and then, and a plant pot an inch away on top of my head. When asked if I could move I was told no, tables are reserved. But the place was mostly empty throughout our stay as seen in the photo.
2. Our smash burgers were incinerated, we asked if they could be redone, and the member of staff, was rude about our request.
3. The replacement burger was pink. We decided not to say anything as it tasted good enough,  but still not the usual great Honest standard. Coincidently looking at past reviews this seems to be a reoccurring issue.

4. That same member of staff, decided to walk through the restaurant with a bag full of waste, and throw it out the front door at the base of a tree. You really shouldn’t drag your waste through the restaurant while people are eating and then leaving it on the footpath outside.

5. Lastly when receiving the bill we explained to the manager, Luke, that we wouldn’t be paying the service charge. We had a really good chat and he was very understanding and apologetic. A really nice member of staff. Unfortunately another member of staff, decided to inject himself into the conversation and was argumentative. He went as far as stating angrily, “it’s just a table” and said we could have asked other members of staff to move after being told no, which is bizarre thing to expect customers to do. The manager was politely asking him to stop talking.

I sincerely hope the manager today, Luke, can improve the team and get back up the usual high Honest standard, as he seems like a really good guy trying his best but clearly not surrounded by the best team members.

My friends and I will be going to another branch from now on and a copy of this message was sent to Honest head office.

Update: 2nd one is smash burger as well. I didn’t mention well done and this time it came pink inside! Unfortunately, a delicious recipes but they never do it properly…

Lowei was absolutely amazing! He has such a gentle, kind presence that made our experience so enjoyable. He served us one of the most delicious burgers we’ve had, along with a great salad and wine that paired perfectly. Beyond the food, it was really his warmth and genuine kindness that stood out—we truly enjoyed his company. This kind of service makes all the difference. Give this man a raise—he deserves it!

This was our second visit this week. On both occasions, my party were served by Elsie. She is a real asset to the business. The most friendly kind smiley professional person you could wish to have as your server. Nothing was too much trouble for Elsie.
The restaurant was clean bright and well laid out. The food was served quickly and was hot fresh and high quality. I only wish you had an Honest Burger restaurant in Newcastle.

All of the chicken in our restaurants is halal. If you would like to see our supplier’s halal certificate please ask your server when you arrive. Halal products are stored separately with strict processes in place to stop cross-contamination. Halal chicken items are handled with separate utensils and gloves. Fried halal chicken burgers and wings do not share fryers with any non-halal items. Grilled halal chicken breast burgers are cooked on a reserved area of the grill separated by a grill divider. We do not offer halal beef at any of our restaurants.

Angrid Thai

A new Thai restaurant in Ealing, close to Ealing Broadway station. My friend and I shared a papaya salad, a Tom yum noodle soup, and pineapple fried rice. Everything was delicious! We also had a Thai beer each. Happy to come back again!

Lovely food and amazing atmosphere. We’re both students and this was a great place to eat good food for an affordable price. The Thai drinks served tasted just as good if not better than authentic Thai tea. The service we had was also amazing they asked if we enjoyed the food and gave us extra sides such as chilli oil. The whole meal summed up to £33.45 around £16 each.

Salt & pepper squid, Pad Si Lew noodles with prawns & Singapore noodles with prawn.

Both mains dishes tasted really good with plenty of flavour, large portions and they didn’t hold back on the prawns.

The squid starter was a little chewier than I would have liked, but it was breaded well and again flavourful.

The service was excellent. Friendly, attentive and the food from the kitchen didn’t take too long. The kitchen staff were Thai which is always a good sign. Reasonable prices for an authentic experience, would go again.

Angrid Thai offers a cozy dining experience with authentic Thai flavors. The menu has a good variety, and the curries were rich and aromatic. The veggie spring rolls were crispy and fresh, and the pad thai had a nice balance of sweet and savory. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Portions were fair for the price, though a bit more spice would have made it perfect. A great spot if you're craving comforting Thai food in a relaxed setting.

Tasty and inexpensive Thai food with swift and friendly service. Food is authentic but if it says ‘spicy’ on the menu (as denoted by the red chilli) it’s nothing like even remotely as spicy as the food in Thailand. You can however ask for extra chillies if you want true ‘Thai hot’. I’ll be returning as have only tried a couple of the dishes here - which were rather good!  Nice Strong and sweet Iced Thai tea.

It's Difficult to fault the technical application of fast food chicken here.

There seems to be a good process and staff are trained or instructed to say all the right things.

The portion sizes are very good. It will fill you up.

I found the sauce almost overpowering, but still tasty.

They use an ordering system. Which is unusual for a chicken shop.

The food takes a while, as it seems to be cooked from scratch.

I like the fact the food was plated, because i said i was eating in.

Restaurant was kept clean and had a customer toilet, despite the size of the restaurant.

However, despite being busy, the seating area downstairs was closed.

They were very helpful with my no carbohydrates request and adapted my meal accordingly.

I was quite happy with this branch, despite it not be my preferred fast food choice.

I had an amazing experience at Pepe’s Piri Piri! Ealing broadway  The food was fresh, tasty, and perfectly cooked, but what really made my visit special was the excellent service from Haroon. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days — Haroon is a real credit to the team! Highly recommend this branch for both the food and the fantastic staff.

Had an amazing meal at Patri and just had to share! Big shoutout to Mr. Puneet, the owner, who was super welcoming and made the experience even better.

We tried the Indian thali, and everything on the plate was full of flavor. The Lamb Rogan Josh was so tender and rich! The kebabs were spot on, perfectly grilled, and the Malai Tikka was the star so soft and creamy, absolutely delicious👍

We ordered the Non-Veg Thali and it was absolutely amazing. Every item on the plate was full of authentic flavours and made with so much care and delicacy. You can really feel the effort and passion behind every dish. We also tried the Boyfriend Chaat and it was just incredible, bursting with flavour and perfectly balanced.

The ambience was warm and lively, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Patri truly stands out as one of the best Indian restaurants in London. This restaurant is overrated in my opinion. The only thing that I found worth getting was the Railway Grill as it was good for the price. The drinks were all good, but the food such as the Teen Thali was not worth £15 as it was completely basic. Our server didn't have the best knowledge about their own dishes. It was a bit dull with only music in the background. In our railway mixed grill, our chicken was a tad undercooked and pink and the panneer a bit hard for my liking, I have eaten better Indian food before!

The staff were so lovely and helpful! The menu explains all the dishes, which was really helpful. The server was very informative. We ordered the sharing platter + chicken biryani + two starters and had tons of food. We have tried other Indian restaurants in the area and this one had a lot more beautiful flavours and authenticity. It was so delicious! Highly recommend!

The vibes are lovely and the excitement to try the Grand thali was a lot. We visited Patri just for the Grand Thali ( mixed) on my Husband's birthday. The Thali was a lot for two adults and two kids ( 10 & 13). We end up packing it up a lot. The taste of the food was okay. We had better in less expensive places with good quantities of actual food in it. The dishes had more curries in them than the main ingredient. Like the brinjal (eggplant) dish has less brinjal and more curry if that makes sense. So overall the hype is just the presentation of 30 dishes in a huge Thali. We were greeted by a lovely hostess named Honey. She explained to us about all the dishes on arrival and helped with drinks. She was very polite and helpful. We might try something else next time if we visit.

I paid £16 for this meal and honestly it’s shocking how overpriced it is. What you see in the photos is exactly what I received: reheated chicken, thrown on the grill just to look “fresh”, soggy fries, and a presentation that is honestly embarrassing.

On top of that, the so-called burger I bought for £7 is a complete joke: a soggy bun soaked in sauce, a random piece of fried chicken inside, barely any freshness, and around 10 chips on the side. It doesn’t even look like a proper burger.

For this kind of money you can eat much better in Central London, with real quality and fresh food — not reheated leftovers packed in a rush.

Absolutely do not recommend.

This was my  first time.

I was pleasantly surprised. I normally can't handle commercial Jerk Sauce as its either too sweet, too salty and not spicy enough, However, the jerk and bbq combination sauce really hits the spot. Its spicy and tasty enough to enjoy.

The only thing I didn't enjoy here is all the pieces of bone that are crushed in the chicken wings so you have to eat it very carefully. Also some parts of the chicken were rock solid and seemed old.

The atmosphere could be better and more welcoming like GDK is. The staff also forgot part of my order and I had to get up and remind them.

When I went to the toilet to wash my hands the water lost pressure and actually ran dry, but luckily I used enough water to wash my hands.

The staff were very nice and professional, however I saw some customers not being very nice to them.

I will return here to take a take away, their jerk and bbq combination is very nice

12th Street in Milton Keynes has always been my go-to location, which is why I confidently recommended the brand to my friends. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Ealing branch was extremely disappointing and, frankly, embarrassing given how highly I had spoken about the food.

From the moment we walked in, the staff presence was unclear, it was hard to tell whether the outlet was even operating. Eventually, we noticed a self-service screen prompting us to order. After spending around 10 minutes placing our order, a staff member finally appeared, briefly acknowledged us, and then disappeared again without any guidance.

While ordering, I could not find bottled water on the menu. After ringing the bell, a staff member came over. When I asked if I could have a bottle of water, the response was “Let me ask,” after which he went inside and returned to take the order. A few minutes later, I had to ring the bell again because I urgently needed the water to take medication. The response I received was, “Hasn’t he given it to you?”
which was both unhelpful and frustrating, as I clearly would not be asking again if I had already received it.

As for the food, the burgers were disappointing. The buns were hard and not even toasted, which significantly affected the overall quality. The burgers themselves were average at best. After finishing them, we had to ring the bell once more to ask about the wings that were still missing. After another 10-minute wait, the wings arrived. The garlic butter wings, in particular, were a complete letdown, plain, unsalted wings with garlic butter simply poured on top.

Overall, this was a very poor experience from start to finish. I would strongly choose the Milton Keynes branch over this one any day. I am unsure whether this branch operates under the same management, but it is clear that this location needs serious attention in terms of service, food quality, and basic customer handling.

Everyday the Taste the service and the ambience in the shop is getting better and better. Today’s food I ordered was Chicken Tenders (delicious), Coleslaw (loved it), Lemon Pepper Fries (outstanding), Nashville Chicken Burger (amazing)
To be honest, If you live in ealing or nearby and still haven’t tried this restaurant, you are missing out a lot in food.

I used to order from their sub store ‘habb flatbreads’ from uber eats ALL the time, it was one of my favourite things to get. The last two times ive ordered the portion of the wraps just got smaller and smaller. This time i got it, it was TINY. Back then when i used to get the flatbreads i used to take stuff out thats how full it was. Now the buffalo wrap you can have in like 4 bites. Seriously im gutted because it was my favourite its like they’re cheaping out. can’t believe i’ve spent £12 for a wrap that doesnt even have all the item descriptions in it

The staff are super friendly, and you can watch them make bread freshly in the oven by the door. Plus, food is absolutely delicious.
The rich Persian flavours are presented so well. There's good variety in the menu without being overwhelming, and prices are very reasonable for what you get. Will definitely be back again.

The first 10/10 i ever give to any restaurant. The food was AMAZING we got 23 and 24. The chicken was incredible didn't have that weird taste to it. You can taste so many flavours and feel like it was home made. My friend got the lamb and i don't usually like lamb but i loved this one!

If i also can give 10 stars for the service i would. Shams and Amir were more than welcoming and friendly. Gave us great recommendation and you can feel the hospitality.

To be honest this is the best experience i had EVER.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The food was amazing. I recommend the chicken leg stew which had the meat falling off the bone. My friend had the lamb stew which looked just as good.

I visited this Iranian restaurant today and ordered the Boof Special Plate, which came with two pieces of chicken, two pieces of beef, and two ribs. The chicken and beef were fine, but the ribs were very dry, tough, and didn’t taste fresh, they even felt like leftovers. They weren’t hot either, so it didn’t seem like they came straight from the grill.

I mentioned this to the waitress, who was very kind and offered to bring me new ribs. However, after waiting around 20 minutes, nothing came, so I asked for the bill and left. Sadly, while the service was polite, the food quality was disappointing.

About starter I can’t say much really normal. main course absolutely not acceptable , kebab torsh absolutely low quality if after cooking add some pomegranate sauce on kebab, never would be kebab Torsh , lamb chops absolutely bad, super dry, really bad cut and no any taste, if you see other people picture in reviews definitely you get my point, about Gheime sour and not cooked enough, we haven’t touched it, just one spoon, I told waitress , she offered free tea instead not even apologised , one of the lowest and bad food I ever had. I had an amazing experience at GDK(West Ealing). The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Their kebabs are a step above the rest. packed with quality meat, crisp salad, and delicious sauces that complement each bite. The portions are generous, and everything tastes freshly made.

Great food, solid choice.
Went for a Sunday lunch with friends and it was a pleasant experience, with the food quality standing out. The donburi set was a great deal, and the tonkotsu ramen had a rich, creamy broth that was really good. The overall atmosphere has a comforting, standard Asian vibe that feels authentic and inviting.
The only minor issue was that the dishes did not arrive together, and the floor staff seemed a little understaffed, which affected the service coordination. However, the excellent quality of the broth and noodles makes this a fantastic ramen spot worth visiting. Recommended 👍🏼.

The place is quite easy to miss, tucked away among a few newly built residential blocks. There were a few empty tables, but they hadn’t been cleared yet. The staff told us we’d need to wait about 15–20 minutes — I think there was only one person on the floor, which didn’t seem very reasonable. Still, I’d been looking for the place for ages and was pretty hungry, so we decided to wait. Luckily, the tonkotsu noodles were delicious, but the yakitori was far too salty and overpriced, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

This is the 1st time I had ramen as a delivery service. I had the standard Tonkotsu Ramen with extra noodles and an egg.
The soup came in a separate container, so did all the toppings and the extra noodles
So I mixed it all and the ramen was not soggy.
However, the delivery person made another stop for a different delivery on the way and that meant that my order took a long time and the food was lukewarm. So not ideal and 3-4 star because of that.

As a regular customer of this site, I was very happy to participate in the survey and receive a complimentary chicken karaage. I am also delighted to see the menu expanding, especially with the addition of sukiyaki, which I enjoyed very much.
That said, I would like to humbly offer some feedback regarding the service. While today’s experience was excellent ,with clear explanations for the sukiyaki and warm, attentive service; there have been previous occasions where the service felt quite inconsistent. I had initially assumed the person in charge was the owner, but later learned she is the manager. Unfortunately, her manner on some visits came across as somewhat distant, and regrettably, her attitude on several occasions has felt somewhat dismissive.
About two weeks ago, my friends and I waited at the entrance for quite some time to be seated. Although the manager clearly noticed us, we did not receive any acknowledgment. My friend became so frustrated that she decided to leave, and naturally, I had to follow her. I had promised her that I would share feedback regarding that experience, but I had forgotten until we visited again- so here it is!
I sincerely hope the restaurant can take these comments into consideration, as the food truly has great potential!

It's difficult to find a restaurant that serves good pasta. Pasta Remoli is quite good. You can choose you sauce, pasta and cheese. The pasta was cooked to the perfect firmness. The waitress was very noglegale on this and gave a good suggestion. I will definitely return here.

We had a fantastic family dinner at Pasta Remoli Ealing Broadway and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was lovely, warm, relaxed, and welcoming. A special thank you to Megan for her excellent service and spot-on recommendations, and to Head Chef Dario, who kindly explained each dish and even let me observe him preparing some of his creations. That personal touch made the evening feel truly special.

We started with the Bruschetta Toasted Focaccia with Tomato, Garlic & Basil simple, fresh, and bursting with flavour. A perfect appetiser to kick things off.

For mains, we enjoyed a variety of dishes, and each one was a standout. I went for the Ajo, Oio e Peperoncino—a beautiful blend of garlic, chilli, parsley, and Italian extra virgin olive oil, served with spaghetti. Simplicity at its best, and done to perfection.

We also had the Seafood Pasta, which was packed with flavour and took us straight to the seaside! The mix of shell-on prawns, mussels, and clams with garlic, chilli, and fresh tomato sauce was fresh, vibrant, and satisfying.

My wife chose the Truffle & Mushrooms Ravioli in Creamy Mushroom Sauce and absolutely loved it. The sauce—made with stewed wild mushrooms, onions, and thyme—was rich, earthy, and comforting, pairing perfectly with the delicate ravioli.

My son also went with the Truffle & Mushrooms in Creamy Mushroom Sauce, opting for tagliatelle as his pasta choice. You can see why the creamy mushroom is their best seller. His dish was packed with flavour, and the tagliatelle held the sauce beautifully.

My youngest picked the Margherita pizza, which was cheesy, classic, and had that perfect crisp base. A definite crowd-pleaser.

What we really loved is how the whole concept works:

The service throughout was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food. The team made us feel right at home, and it’s clear they care about the full guest experience.

Great stuff going on, the burger was very tasty and cooked well. Could improve because I know cheat meals can go better but I think it’s this branch specifically that would need to improve even customer service. Been to Cheatmeals in Harrow and it’s was better than this one.

Burger was very good! I got the Beef 🍔 , Crazy Cheesy… loved it. Burger was moist and full of flavour, I have to say the brioche buns go very well with the combo. My brother got the Chicken, Cheese Crazy, said 10/10.

Couldn’t try their milkshake as their machine wasn’t working.

Atmosphere: We went late on a Tuesday night, so there was plenty of space available for seating.

Amazing place. They are super busy, the food is super fresh and you get good quality food. They are also open till late so great for late night takeaway. The service I received was great, I don’t understand how some people are complaining about service. They need to appreciate the place is busy because they have to wait for food slightly longer than a normal fast food restaurant. Definitely retuning.

Complained twice and got fobbed off by deliveroo and this restaurant saying it was being prepared! Absolutely joke!! I think I would still be waiting if I hadn't complained again!! Avoid like the plague!!

Just ordered from here and can most definitely say I cannot wait to come back. The food is amazing and  the staff are lovely.

10/10 should definitely visit.
