The place is absolutely amazing! I got the honest burger and it was delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and the waiters are really friendly!! Love it! Even if the burger looks small, the overall plate with fries is pretty big! Would definitely recommend it.

Friendly service and good burgers. The rosemary fries are great too. Love that they include fries with the burger. Bun was fluffy and toasted. Chicken was tender and juicy. All round simple burgers and great taste.

Lovely food in an intimate and charming restaurant.

Shame there isn’t table service via a QR code/app but the staff were great at the service.

The burgers were very good at a reasonable price given that there was side included. However, we aere waiting for very long time (>1 hour) and the overall atmosphere of the place was a bit messy and all over the place rather than a chill burger place. Recommend doubling the burger for 3 pounds extra

Incredibly tasty burgers and a great variety of choice for meat people and veggies/vegans. Rosemary chips are really yummy and servers are super friendly - recommend if you’re in London as there are so many locations!

All of the chicken in our restaurants is halal. If you would like to see our supplier’s halal certificate please ask your server when you arrive. Halal products are stored separately with strict processes in place to stop cross-contamination. Halal chicken items are handled with separate utensils and gloves. Fried halal chicken burgers and wings do not share fryers with any non-halal items. Grilled halal chicken breast burgers are cooked on a reserved area of the grill separated by a grill divider. We do not offer halal beef at any of our restaurants.

Mexican restaurant mainly do take away. Very simple menu with keto selection healthy meal. Very fast service and everything is ready in the containers. Good place for quick lunch in the area.

Decent burritos. Good size and flavour. When you have no bookings for a restaurant and you are hungry Chilango is a very good option. Their chips even though tasty were not crunchy at all.

Daniel and Luca were the superstars serving us and we got to witness Daniel make our burrito in 15sec!
The music and decor are fantastic and I honestly cannot wait to go again!

I didn't like this place mainly because how you feel when you sit down to eat. Tables are too cramped, place needs more light, places to put waste are not covered and right next to seats, and overall the mood is plain dull. Food was how I expect Chilango to be but even there, there was a general lack of energy at the counter, and its not easy to determine pricing for people who are new to Chilango. There are much better places in this area to grab quick food, and this is the one that would be at the bottom half of my list.

I found a hair in my salad، so I contacted the restaurant, and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and impolite, when I told him I found a hair in my food, he replied "This is not a barbershop". That was not just plain rude, but also dismissive and insulting that he would answer back like that, accusing the customer of lying. He told me he'll speak to the supervisor and get back to me, but he still didn't. The irony here that the restaurant tables their boxes with "quality checked" sticker, but as you can see, apparently they don't check the food quality nor do they follow hygiene standards, and on the top of that, they're extremely disrespectful to the customers. BTW, that wasn't my first order from Chilango, but it's most definitely the last order.

Well don’t know where to start as it’s one of my favourite places discovered recently which was recommended by a loving friend.
Absolutely great atmosphere, love the music - food is amazing and you can only describe the taste for yourself to be the judge -absolutely amazing - love coming down here and just getting my work done - place calms me down - not to forget it’s the hospitality from each staff members that makes me come down more and more - 😉  the team here are an absolute stars ⭐️

Wanted to check out this branch as the one in Camden was amazing. I love how they have exclusive dishes depending on which branch you go to. As usual the quality of the food was IMPECCABLE. The proportion sizes are so good for the price and the taste was exquisite. Its always wonderful to try out different cuisines.
We were also running late and the staff were kind enough to hold our table for us. Our server Chelsea was adorable and super sweet!! The manager, Ridwan was attentive, entertaining and made sure to constantly check in on us. Joshua was also at the Camden branch and super sweet too! I honestly cannot thank these guys enough and they made our night!!! Such a LOVELY team and huge asset to your company. Will definitely be coming back to both branches!

Fully halal menu, great service but the ramen stock was overly seasoned. It was too salty to finish! Was quite disappointed as the starters were quite promising

Very tasty plates. The ambience downstairs was perfect with background music. Staff very polite, will return for sure whenever I think of having Ramen around Soho

The Miso Mushroom Ramen is amazing! Best vegetarian Ramen I’ve tried in the UK. Order the extra tofu, you’ll be amazed. The garlic bread was lovely, better dunked in Ramen. Hats off to the chef!
