We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, especially from the staff member who served us — Sangam. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. 10/10 for his service. The venue itself looks like a 5-star hotel — very posh, elegant, and well-presented, which really adds to the overall experience. We ordered the Christmas menu (£22 per person, including a 2-course meal and a drink), which was very reasonable and good value for money. A lovely touch was choosing a reward card at the end — my friend received 20% off for her next visit, and I got a free dessert, which was a great surprise. I really enjoyed being there and will definitely visit again, next time with my children. I’ll then give a more detailed review of the food. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We visited this dessert place for my son’s birthday and had waffles and crepes — everything was absolutely delicious! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special shout-out to Rayyan, who provided outstanding service. She served us with a warm smile, was smartly presented, and was truly excellent in her manner and professionalism. She made our visit feel extra special. Highly recommend!

Food and ambience was excellent. Ordered from their lunch menu. Burgers were fresh and tasty and pasta was good. Service and waiters could do better. We had to wait and find someone to provide cutlery or some adjustment to food. Otherwise restaurant was clean, washroom were very clean as well. Overall good experience.

I had a lovely time at Haute Dolci – the desserts were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. I tried the strawberry mocktail, waffles with melted chocolate and strawberries, and some ice cream on the side. Everything looked elegant and was full of flavour, especially the chocolate which was rich and smooth. The atmosphere is stylish and modern, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy dessert. Service was decent, though it could have been a little quicker. Overall, a great spot for anyone with a sweet tooth – definitely worth visiting if you want a luxury dessert experience.

From helping us choose the perfect dessert to organizing a beautiful last-minute birthday message, her attention to detail and genuine care made such a difference.♥️ She also made sure we got the best spot in the place to enjoy the celebration. The ambiance is incredibly peaceful and elegant—perfect for relaxing and making memories. We only tried the desserts and coffee, but they were absolutely delicious—the highlight of our visit! They also serve halal burgers (both veg and non-veg), along with a wide variety of shakes, coffees, and other tempting treats on the menu. Everything looked so luscious, we’ll definitely be coming back to try more. Huge thanks again to Zeenab (manager)for making my day so memorable!🫶🏻
