I had a lovely time at Haute Dolci – the desserts were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. I tried the strawberry mocktail, waffles with melted chocolate and strawberries, and some ice cream on the side. Everything looked elegant and was full of flavour, especially the chocolate which was rich and smooth. The atmosphere is stylish and modern, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy dessert. Service was decent, though it could have been a little quicker. Overall, a great spot for anyone with a sweet tooth – definitely worth visiting if you want a luxury dessert experience.

Unfortunately, my experience fell short, particularly with the two desserts I was most eager to try. First, I ordered the carrot cake, which is usually my go-to dessert for its moist texture and rich flavor. Sadly, this version was a letdown. The cake was notably dry, lacking the freshness you would expect. Each bite seemed to confirm my suspicion that it was a bit past its prime. It was missing that quintessential flavor punch and moisture that typically makes carrot cake so delightful. Next up was the famous "Matilda cake," which has been creating waves on social media. I had seen numerous posts raving about its gooey, melt-in-your-mouth consistency. However, what I received was far from the viral sensation. The cake arrived at my table lukewarm, lacking any of the gooey indulgence that was promised. Instead of a decadent treat that melts in your mouth, it felt rather ordinary and unremarkable. While the presentation of the desserts was visually appealing, the taste did not match. The lack of freshness in the carrot cake and the disappointing execution of the Matilda cake overshadowed the rest of my experience. Despite the friendly staff and pleasant setting, these shortcomings made my visit less enjoyable than anticipated. I hope Haute Dolce will take note of these areas for improvement, as I still believe in their potential to deliver the outstanding dessert experience they aim for. Until then, I might refrain from recommending it, especially to those with high expectations for the popular Matilda cake.

Visited Haute Dolci on a busy Saturday evening, it was really busy and service was quite slow, with a very long wait for our food. However, our waitress Reyyan was amazing! She was super helpful, understanding, and kept us updated the whole time. Once the food arrived, everything was beautifully presented and tasted great. The Matilda cake was the best, definitely recommend!

I had the most wonderful experience on my birthday🧁all thanks to Zeenab! She went above and beyond to make the day extra special. From helping us choose the perfect dessert to organizing a beautiful last-minute birthday message, her attention to detail and genuine care made such a difference.♥️ She also made sure we got the best spot in the place to enjoy the celebration. The ambiance is incredibly peaceful and elegant—perfect for relaxing and making memories. We only tried the desserts and coffee, but they were absolutely delicious—the highlight of our visit! They also serve halal burgers (both veg and non-veg), along with a wide variety of shakes, coffees, and other tempting treats on the menu. Everything looked so luscious, we’ll definitely be coming back to try more. Huge thanks again to Zeenab (manager)for making my day so memorable!🫶🏻
