I had a fantastic experience at Burger Boi in Sutton Coldfield with my family. We ordered two burger meals and Bad Boi fries, and all of it was delicious. The food was fresh, and the fries were so good! The service was also wonderful. The girl behind the counter was so lovely and friendly. This is a great spot for a family meal, and I highly recommend it for both the amazing food and the excellent staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an excellent takeaway experience at Burger Boi under their new management. Ordered the buffalo strips and Bad Boi Hot Mess - both were absolutely delicious. The buffalo strips were perfectly crispy and the Hot Mess lived up to its name. Their cheese sauce and buffalo sauce are outstanding - tried them separately and both have amazing flavor. Food quality was fresh. The new management team is clearly doing something right. Will definitely be back to try more items. Highly recommend!😊

Absolutely amazing experience at Burger Boi! I came down with a few friends, and from start to finish, everything was top-notch. The burgers were incredible – we all had beef patties, and they were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavour. The presentation really stood out too – everything came in high-quality boxes with great packaging, which made the whole meal feel even more premium. Service was excellent – the staff were super friendly, helpful, and our wait time was really short, even with a few of us ordering. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and their customer service. Would 100% recommend checking this place out if you’re craving a quality burger. Definitely planning to go back again soon!

I placed an order via Uber Eats with high expectations but was left thoroughly disappointed with my order of the Uncle Ronnie burger. I specifically ordered two of these double patty burgers, but both came with a single patty as you can see in the picture. To make matters worse, the patties were overcooked to the point of being burnt. Also, the fries were overpriced for the small portion size provided, making the meal feel even less worth the cost. Overall, this experience was far below what I anticipated. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of the food. I would definitely NOT recommend Burger Boii to others or return myself anytime soon.
