Great service, great food. Our meals consisted of a gluten and nut allergy, the staff where so helpful and catered to our needs! Deffo recommend

Awful service. Went in on a Monday evening at 9pm and ordered some wings and chips. Was told it would be 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes later I politely asked how much longer as I was not happy. The server was very rude and didn’t care that I’d be been waiting and told me to wait another 10 minutes. I then said I want a refund and to cancel my order then went and got it straight away! Then went home to open our order and we’d been given a completely wrong order and to make things worse the food was stone cold (bare in mind I live 2 minutes round the corner) phoned the restaurant 7 times to complain and tell them and no one answered. Definitely won’t be returning.

Great service and wonderful staff, food is delicious and would definitely recommend this location! It was very clean, organised and efficient. Our experience was a very positive one and therefore we will be coming here whenever we will be in the area.

Have tried the Scott arms branch previously and as I was passing by Sutton Coldfield yesterday I thought I try this one. The food was fresh ordered the smoky boi with some jerk bbq wings really tasty and full off flavour! Definitely recommend this place !
