Visited Burger Boi for the first time after receiving their menu with a voucher. I recently moved to the area and thought I’d give it a try. The staff were polite, and the burger and fries were tasty. The food was well packed in a large paper bag and stapled shut, but when I got home and opened it, I realised my drink was missing—even though the bill included a cola as part of the meal. Bit disappointing, as I didn’t notice until I was home. Overall not a bad experience but I wouldn’t rush back

The food is somewhat decent but I've come here twice this week and have received poor service. Pricing is extortionate with little portion size and generally I'm not one to complain on price. Personally I wouldn't come back. First time round was told to hold the line to place an order and no reply for nearly 10 minutes. I went on Uber, completed the order there and ended the call so not sure if they were ever going to come back to the phone. After an Uber eats discount paid £8 for loaded fries which was small in portion and no napkins, forks or additional items in bag. Second time paid just under £12 for a small burger and a portion of chips. No additional sauces given and ate the chips dry. The chicken burger (Tennese rub) was just drenched in buffalo sauce and did not have anything to it. Opened the burger up and there was no jalapenos or pickles as stated in the description.

Great service from all the staff, the food is made with passion and care and tastes like proper American burgers defo worth the money! Big up all the staff, Sanjay, Manvir, Yuro, Niki, Nina and the rest of the squad!

Yeah boi! Absolutely fantastic 😍 That burger was better than any I've had from a restaurant, so tasty and fresh. The chicken gravy hot mess fries were delicious, even better than KFC gravy 😲 the fries were still nice and crispy as well and the addition of the cheese gave it Canadian poutine vibes. The packaging is cool and seemed to do a good job of keeping the food hot. Will definitely order again, already thinking of what to try next.
