This is my first time at Beyond Boba, I was visiting from Washington DC to London for two days it was so nice to taste a drink from Boba and Ms. Asia helped us to choose a right drink for us and she was so nice and humble. Thanks to her.

This place is shocking. First you’re greeted with roadmen outside and inside the shop in your way just vaping loads. Then whilst checking the menu the girl at the till says we don’t have anything from the £3 offer, firstly I didn’t even say I’m here for any offer, and apparently the stock is finished for everything. No cakes, milkshakes, or anything other than just boba. Even with the boba being £3 it was terrible. Definitely one of the worst boba places out there. A lot of these boba tea places are just run by immature girls and boys and this one definitely shows.

I have never felt the need to write a negative review before, but my experience at Beyond Boba Ilford Lane was so shockingly bad due to one employee that I have to warn others. When I placed my order, she slammed the cup down on the counter so hard I jumped. I wasn't expecting a parade, but basic human decency and professionalism would be nice. I paid nearly £12 for a drink and was treated with utter contempt. The drink was mediocre, but that's almost irrelevant after being made to feel so unwelcome. Life is too short to spend your money where you're not valued. I will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being treated like a nuisance by someone who clearly hates their job.

The workers in this shop are very lazy aswell as the ilford branch every time I go there the staff always lie and say the brownie tray is out of stock , when in fact they just can not be asked to make it , I came here the other day In hopes this branch will do the brownie tray however as soon as I asked the lady she looked at her colleague and started smiling and said it’s not available, every single time I go the workers say it's not available no matter what time I go. I only blame the workers as the owners most likely don’t know this is happening please talk to your workers and sort them out this is unacceptable!!!

the best bubble tea I've ever had. the customer service is impeccable, staff are really friendly I was extremely happy. they give you a taste of the drink before its sealed to make sure its sweet enough and just right for your taste buds making the overall experience even more delightful and personalised to the customers needs. my favourite had to be the beyond brown sugar tea as it had the perfect balance of creaminess and sweetness alongside the soft tapioca it was just heaven in a cup. I recommend this place to anyone who wants bubble tea and are looking for something to satisfy cravings they never had.
