Absolutely amazing food. We ordered the El Chico, The OG and buffalo and Chipotle wings. I couldn't pick my favourite. All full of flavour and very distinct. The burger patties are nicely marinated in the flavour and have a strong taste you'd expect from wings. Skin on fries were lovely too. Will definitely need order again soon

Placed an order through the hotel app in the Tower hotel London 25/10/2025 at 18:17. The money was taken instantly however after 40 mins no food arrived. Called the Cluckin Bird, spoke with an employee who said the order never went through but he will speak to customer service and will call back regarding a refund. No call received. Will update once I get my refund.

My sister recently treated me and my family to food from here, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience! The burgers were incredibly juicy and packed with flavor, with just the right amount of toppings. The fries were crispy and golden, complementing the burger perfectly. Very disappointed with their quality and food. I used to always order from here but past 2 orders boxes are literally empty. Charging £5 for a box of fries but you can literally count the number of pieces. Empty box literally. Wings burnt etc. Even added a note regarding this issue but it was just ignored. Would avoid going forward.
