Again and again the same issue even when i mentioned no one cares, asked for a normal meal but got just two pieces of chicken and the rest are just burned small pieces, the guy who has no hat he just tried to avoid any customer request, basically he is just touching his hair and keep preparing chips, the receptionist does her job professionally and she apologises also she passed the message to the same guy but he just looked at me and said nothing.i don’t recommend this store 👎🏻

I was a regular here for over a month, sadly the staff are not attentive, I waited for more than 10 mins and even though someone came at the till to answer a phone call order she just blatantly went back to her work. As a working professional myself, I understand the workload and sympathise but ignoring customers at the till is very unprofessional. If I could I would have rated you zero or perhaps a negative if google allowed. I hope there’s a better change in the employees attitude regardless you lost at least 2 customers alongwith.

Ordered for Dialysis staff at Northwick Park Hospital and the kind staff gave us so many extras! The food was delicious and came very hot! Thank you so much!

Good portion sizes for the price. It’s generally cheaper than Nando’s but still satisfying. Students and families best customer service love it
