The place looks stylish. The food tastes okay. But the evening was very noisy and messy. Some “celebrity” guests kept standing up and going outside. It disturbed everyone. No manager or staff tried to fix it. Our dishes came cold. The service was not attentive and not helpful. The decor is fancy, but the service quality does not match. I did not feel the usual Cipriani standard I know from other countries. You can try it once, but I wouldn’t recommend it. If they improve service, control the noise, and serve food hot and on time, it could be much better.
