Had to downgrade from 5 stars to 3 because we found a hair in our dessert, and that's after it took over 20 minutes to be made 😕 A nice cafe that's tucked away to the side of the town centre, surprisingly never noticed it before. As you enter the atmosphere and visual style of the place is modern and clean, but also welcoming. Plenty of tables for small groups and a few booths for bigger parties. The staff is very welcoming, and have great service. The food is delicious, including the big variety of drinks such as different teas (chais). Highly recommend a visit!

I visited today with my wife and children and ordered two beef burgers along with other items. I was disappointed to discover that the beef patties were clearly the cheap, frozen kind you can buy at supermarkets for very little money. This was particularly surprising given that the menu describes them as “beef mince baked in the oven” and charges nearly £10 per burger. I’m a regular customer and have ordered these same burgers with my family many times before, including as recently as last month, and they’ve always been made with proper beef mince. I’m not sure what’s changed, but the quality has dropped significantly while the price remains the same. I would never buy these frozen patties for my own cooking, so paying £10 for them at a restaurant feels like very poor value.

This was supposed to be a chocolate brownie waffle with white sauce — but there was no brownie, and no white sauce. What I did get was an extremely hard waffle that tasted stale and was thrown together with no care at all. Easily the worst I've had. Would not recommend.

Absolutely lovely place. Definitely coming back. Coffee was delicious, so were cakes. Customer service was brilliant. They have a large selection of beverages and food, also vegan options. Cute and stylish interior is a bonus 😊

Came twice once for drinks and once for desserts and was welcomed by such lovely staff was specifically impressed by the customer service provided by reena and lateisha (not sure if I have spelt that correctly) but we really enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend
