I drive nearly 3 miles past at least 10 places that sell what i can buy here, at least they try to be as good in these shops. At Mo Cha the staff are brilliant, they are welcoming and have this down to an art!, their recommendations have me coming back to try another one everytime!. Aswell as anything you buy goes well with another great recommendation they can provide you with, if you decide to nip in next door for the best takeout curry you can buy in blackburn. 5* experience and purchase everytime. One of the best places I've ordered from for desserts and boba drinks. 100% ordering again, everything was fresh and perfect temperature. Quality was bang on considering it was the end of the night for these guys too. Spot on.

A little gem and easily my new favourite place in Blackburn. Firstly, the bubble teas are by far the best I’ve tried and the vanilla brown sugar espresso is beautiful! The Japanese pancakes are as good as I’ve tried in New York! The service is amazing, the brothers are so welcoming and clearly pride themselves on making every visit a memorable experience. I would recommend to anyone and will be a regular for eternity.

Tried the Japanese cheesecake with strawberry & milk choc and the soufflé pancakes ….. absolutely delicious … customer service exceptional … will definitely order again 👏🏽

I've been coming to Mo Cha since they first opened and without a doubt, it's the best bubble tea place in Blackburn. Salman and Rizwan are serving up the best drinks and unique desserts including Japanese cheesecakes, souffle pancakes and mochi donuts. To be honest, I've probably tried almost everything on the menu and it's always the freshest, everything is always so delicious. The service is unmatched - always super friendly, can't recommend this place enough!
