Twice ordered from here, first time it was raw in the middle. Unfortunately I was hungry when I ordered, didn't check it and ate 3 mouthfuls before I noticed. Didn't feel too well, but put it down to having a hangover the day after, even though I didn't drink much. I complained about it and was told that it won't happen again, please don't leave me a bad review, which I didn't. Left it a few weeks because I didn't really like the idea of takeaway food after that, but sometimes it can't be helped, so eventually ordered again, only for it to be raw yet again and cold, this time 2 mouthfuls in, the next day I was really ill, will not be ordering again, even if it's an emergency and it's the only place open, I'll do without.

Rang them up to place an order, asked how come the price was significantly higher than the Uber and just eat prices. They said it’s better if you order through that. Was thinking would have been better to place order directly and would have cut the commission of Uber out but oh well. Placed order on Uber for a Cheetos burger, the burger was not even coated in the Cheetos powder.

I am completely and utterly disgusted by the service I have received from this place. The food arrived nearly 2 hours late, they then claimed they were just too busy in a rather abrupt way when I asked them why, they then told me they've missed out my coke, so gave me another customer's drink (how professional.. NOT), my chips and burger were beyond soggy and wet, and the milkshake had completely melted, look like a pile of liquidy poo! Will never ever order from here again, they should be closed down! 0/10 for every thing, food, delivery and specifically the service we received!!!!

Waste of money! £6.50 for a burger which was the size of a cheap McDonald's burger, loaded fries just had a few peices of steak and cold cheese sauce. No salad no sauces. I have ordered places with similar prices and the food looks the pricem Tried to speak to the person over the phone who was rude and refused to give a refund. Don't bother wasting your money ordering food from shakey's. Food and the service is shocking.
