Wow wow wow .. got to give this place a try if you’re into street food / indo chinese!! The main chef is from Gujrat in India and has experience of running a family restaurant in his home country. The service, presentation and quality of food was superb. The flavours were a delight. All the food was served fresh and on point. Defo coming back. Not the ideal location, opposite the bus station in town and it closes at 10pm. Plenty street parking in evening but it’s a 5 minute walk in. During the day, you will need to use paid car parks.

Great place to calm down and drink its modern and spacious. Nice coffee too that had been freshly roasted full recommendation. Mogo chips were flavourful a healthier option than fries/chips, I come here quite regularly, I throughly enjoy their Prantas which are made with desi ghee came with achar and yogurt which had lovely authentic homely flavours tasted just sublime.

I ordered panipuri, samosa chat and pav baji with a strawberry bliss mocktail and a mocha. The food is proper desi food from a grandma’s recipe book. The taste is amazing and the customer service is excellent very polite people in here The atmosphere is great and clean.

First visit and will be going again. Massive choice of food so something for everyone, even the fussy eaters! Gol guppay were out of this world and would be happy just getting a larger tray of these to myself. Lahori lamb was recommended and can see why. Thali was enjoyed too. Omelette and channay full of flavour. Excellent attentive service. Will definitely visit again

Visited District in Blackburn for desi brunch due to good reviews online. Told 20 min wait, ended up waiting over 45 mins. No staff or other customers on the floor, had to go to the kitchen to follow up. Desi breakfast and pav bhaji food portions were good but average taste, karak chai was made over the pan with cardamom pieces, unsweetened. However, aloo paratha took ages, came with pickles without asking preference (yogurt, butter or pickles), and lacked proper aloo filling. Iced Spanish latte tasted like mocha with no ice — not what it should be. Service needs serious improvement.
