ZERO STARS FROM ME! Had to pick one. Booked a private room for 2 hours yesterday between 8pm-10pm which costs £25 per hour so £50 in total. The snooker table had no rests so any shots you can't reach with a normal cue then you're stuck basically. Asked the girl at reception who just smiled and said ermm we're trying to get you some. Nobody turned up. Mate asked the girl at reception to come and take our food orders as there was 6 of us and its easier having it all done by a worker and again, she didn't bother turning up! Shall I tell you when she turned up?? When it hit 10pm on the dot and the time was up! SHOCKING SERVICE OVERALL, DON'T PAY THESE GUYS WITHOUT CHECKING THE ROOM FIRST AND ENSURING EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS THERE!

Best Shisha Bar in Blackburn. Clean and smart place, extremely big! Top milkshake and tea Nice private rooms with ace pool and snooker tables too. Well ventilated. Looking forward to my next visit

As an Uber driver, I visited Q Lounge for a delivery, but was extremely disappointed by the behavior of the front desk staff. Despite waiting patiently for several minutes, the boy at reception was dismissive and spoke rudely, showing no respect — even though I am clearly older than him. Professionalism and basic courtesy were completely lacking. Very poor experience.
