EL&N London - Heathrow T3

On my way I was stopped for a transit at this airport, and had a chance to visit this place!  I was amazed by the hospitality… serving was extraordinary… very fresh and tasty food.. although the price was a bit high, the quality of the food is commendable…
Even during the rush time, the staff handle the customer with care and smiley faces… good food, great staff and highly recommend this place for a stop if you are going through Heathrow terminal 3!

Looks nice, particularly if you like pink, but a pretty underwhelming offering. Long queue for a table so I did takeout. Which I then ate in the bar area. Small coffee (nice), smoothie (expensive) and pain au raisin (dry and tasteless). For £15.15 it’s not great value. But it’s not as busy as many of the restaurants and the staff are friendly so maybe that’s the compensation.

I had their pulled beef burger - really good!

The wings were also nice and crispy.

The fries though - could have been better. Slightly soggy. Would've preferred thick cut rather than thin cut. And the black pepper on them was a bit too much.

More importantly, they serve Halal meat. Which was awesome given its the only halal restaurant I found on terminal 3.

📝Notes: It’s hard to give airport food high ratings. So its not that Elan is bad, it just was okay I guess. The service was average, the lady was nice but sometimes hard to reach and ask for things. The hot chocolate was nice but I hate pouring it onto the chocolate curved mould cuz I always overspill 😭

Had breakfast here early Sunday morning. Food very good, coffee could have been a little warmer. Our server was lovely, happy and very helpful
