Food was out of this world, I can’t wait to go back for more.. however I may consider returning to a different branch. Whilst waiting for the food, which came out fast for a saturday, once my name was called to collect my meal the staff thought it funny to laugh at my name. As I came up to the counter (after being mildly confused) no one assisted me and I had to check the order myself after standing there and being ignored for two minutes. I do think this is really quite rude, made me feel very uncomfortable and ruined the experience mildly. Food was absolutely amazing, just wish the staff had kept up.

This was my first time trying Shake Shack and it was absolutely delicious!! This will be my new fav weekly takeout spot.

Rakshitha served me today at Shake Shack Cardiff, it was my first time ever and she was so patient and kind with me, she talked me through the menu and answered any questions I had which I appreciated, I enjoyed my food and Rakshitha came and checked up on me and asked how my food was and was always smiley too! Incredible food quality. A bit pricey but well worth the extra taste and freshness. All disabled access is fine except the self-service screens may be too high for some wheelchair users, in that case you can order at the counter directly. As far as a fast food burger place goes this is up there in my opinion I'm going to give it a solid 10 for taste and quality.

The food was really lovely, it's very filling however. The burgers in particular were delicious and the shakes were yummy however the prices were so not worth it, to eat for two people it cost me £40 as they don't do meals so we had to order each item separately, they should do meals because it would cut the price down. Honestly don't think it was worth the money as we did not even finish our food, however if I came back here again I might just get a burger and shake.
