This has to be the best service I have ever experienced and I think we can all guess that our server was ZUBER!! He helped place our order, hand delivered our food to the table and even sorted the dips - he made us feel like we were in a 5⭐️ luxury restaurant! Shake shack never disappoints - please bring one to Bath!!

Food was nice but service was not great, waiting time was high and my son ordered a n additional item as a new order but it didn’t come after 30 minutes of order and when checked they missed the order but then again waited long. Staff needs training especially to prevent missing order and long waiting or acknowledging a delay or order issue to customer.

Fantastic food, and fast service. Delicious and fresh. Plenty of cheese and so much flavour. The Carrot cake shake was divine!

I was so pleased to learn the beef burgers are now halal, they are absolutely delicious! Big shout-out to employee Zuber for being super friendly and helpful (he even brought the food to my table). Great food and great service!

Big shout out to Zuber for make us feel at home. It’s like I never left Fiji. He was very welcoming and OMG the food is ok let me just say, the burgers officially the best in London 😊🙌🏽. Highly recommend the Korea bbq one. The bun just perfect. Keep what you guys are doing. Experience was so so good.
