The burger was small but very tasty. The chips were cold at first, but a new batch I got later was much better. The service was very slow and the prices are far too high for what is basically fast food. The bins were overflowing and the place looked messy. Not worth the hype or the price. I will not be back. There are much better options nearby.

Shake Shack Covent Garden is always a reliable stop for comfort food done right 🍔🍟✨. The location is unbeatable — right on the piazza, buzzing with street performers and energy, making it a fun spot to grab a bite in between exploring the West End. 🌆🎶 The ShackBurger is consistently juicy, the crinkle-cut fries are addictive, and the shakes are indulgent 💖🥤. Service is quick, seating can be a bit busy at peak hours, but the lively Covent Garden atmosphere more than makes up for it. A casual favorite in one of London’s most iconic squares. 🙌💎

Personal favourite burger chain. Fries, burgers, shakes - all are great. Service was awesome, some of the nicest people. Somewhat pricy but if you’re craving a good burger with fries don’t sleep on the Shack

I tried shake shack at a different location a couple years ago and didn’t like it then thought I would give it a go today and I genuinely don’t understand how these places get away with selling food like this especially at that price. The meat is dry and tough and the burger assembly is just crazy. I paid £10 for a burger just to throw half of it in the bin, what a joke of a chain.

I visited Shake Shack in Covent Garden during my trip to London. Located inside the iconic Market Building, it’s just a short walk from the Royal Opera House. The atmosphere is lively, with street performers nearby and a vibrant crowd. I tried the ShackBurger and crinkle-cut fries. The burger was juicy, and the Shack Sauce added a nice touch. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. For dessert, I had a hand-spun shake, which was creamy and indulgent. Service was efficient, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was the slightly high prices, but considering the location and quality, it was worth it. Overall, a great spot for a delicious meal in the heart of Covent Garden.
