Shake Shack in Covent Garden has a fast-food setup with easy self-ordering kiosks and a lovely eating area, especially with the Christmas decorations adding a nice touch. The food was delicious with generous portions — I had the marinated shallots ShackBurger, which was packed with flavour. With burgers around £10 and chips about £7, it works out to roughly £20 per person.

The burger was small but very tasty. The chips were cold at first, but a new batch I got later was much better. The service was very slow and the prices are far too high for what is basically fast food. The bins were overflowing and the place looked messy. Not worth the hype or the price. I will not be back. There are much better options nearby.

Came here for a quick bite on a weekday so was expecting it to be quiet but had a 15 minute wait to even order my food. Initially ordered a chocolate shake however it was off (hence the sour taste) I went to let them know and initially I was told there was nothing wrong with it then another server commented "oh yeah it did taste funny last night" 🙄 they offered to exchange for another flavour so opted for Vanilla. They did offer for me to keep the chocolate shakes too which I declined as didn't want to get upset stomach!!!! The new shakes arrived and once I sat down I noticed the flavour was a bit funny ... possibly custard.... I gave up complaining at that point... Please ensure you clean your machines regularly to avoid the mixture from going off next time......

Shake Shack Covent Garden is always a reliable stop for comfort food done right 🍔🍟✨. The location is unbeatable — right on the piazza, buzzing with street performers and energy, making it a fun spot to grab a bite in between exploring the West End. 🌆🎶 The ShackBurger is consistently juicy, the crinkle-cut fries are addictive, and the shakes are indulgent 💖🥤. Service is quick, seating can be a bit busy at peak hours, but the lively Covent Garden atmosphere more than makes up for it. A casual favorite in one of London’s most iconic squares. 🙌💎
