I’ve been here last time two years ago. And decided to visit again. This place is known to be like a better version of nandos. However I think for me this place is more like a roast chicken kinda place.

When I had it two years ago I thought it was pretty basic. I think when I had it this time. I kinda enjoyed it. I wouldn’t say it’s mind blowingly good. But I would definitely say a tasty good quality chicken. It’s more like have a roast chicken or rotisserie chicken style taste. Couldn’t taste any peri peri. It was juicy and succulent and I think the chicken quality this time was better than last time. I don’t even like Nando’s, so this personally is way better

The green rice was rather too oily. It’s like a sticky rice, with few vegetables. However being oily it did go hand in hand with the chicken. The chips was crispy.

The best thing is the chilli sauce. That sauce on anything is amazing. Drench it on chicken or the chips. You’ll enjoy it.

The dessert was banging. Probably the best dish for me. It’s like them layered biscuity cakey. With cream and caramel on top. Must try
.
All in all would defo go back for the chicken. I wouldn’t compare it with nandos as it’s completely different

Casa do Frango London Bridge

We popped in for a business lunch on a Thursday and just loved the vibe of this place. Beautiful building with vaulted glass ceiling, loads of natural light and greenery. The food was equally fab with yummy veggie options and some great chicken. We had the house Vino Verde which was so light and refreshing. It would also be a great spot for a private party in one of their breakout bars. Loved it!

There is a small selection of cocktails available on the menu. The food tastes absolutely heavenly, it took me back to Portugal style of making chicken. The service was phenomenal and care is given to the patrons. The restaurant is very beautiful with natural light coming in on the second floor.

Superb Portuguese food in the Borough area! We tried a variety of dishes (including their famous rotisserie chicken 🍗) and everything was delicious and well prepared. The service was also fast and the restaurant’s overall atmosphere really relaxed. Perfect for a lazy Sunday lunch!

Good Portuguese restaurant! Very nice atmosphere with beautiful decor and indoor plants (plus cool old maps by the bathrooms). Food was pretty good - cauliflower is great (and large), croquettes were decent, chicken was fine but nothing special. Would give 4.5 out of 5

Lovely Portuguese restaurant in Borough Market. Fun decor that brings the outside in.  Friendly service, very relaxed. Nice tapas style menu of sharing plates. The chorizo and green rice were spot on!

Tasty cocktails and lovely wines.

Not cheap but tapas never is in my mind  enjoyed it so look forward to returning one day.

Our chicken is Halal but we do not operate a fully Halal kitchen, as we use ingredients such as pork and alcohol in other dishes.
