The Hart Lounge provided an awful atmosphere with chaotic organization and no menu. The website misguidedly displayed pictures of sushi and a sushi menu, yet the restaurant did not serve sushi. The security was rude, instructing me to close the door behind me despite it being his responsibility. The waitstaff paid no attention to customers, and the passion fruit mojito tasted like a mixture of syrup, water, and a hint of mint—undoubtedly the worst I've ever had. The wait time between ordering drinks and placing our main meal order was at least an hour. When we attempted to order, many items were unavailable. After waiting an additional hour, we asked the waitress about our order, only to discover she hadn't even entered it into the system. Shocked, we decided to leave after realizing we had spent nearly two hours with only drinks. When I requested to speak to a manager, the waitress offered a feeble apology and blamed the busy Valentine's Day crowd for the chaos, despite other waiters managing just fine. The manager was allegedly unavailable, which seemed unlikely given the occasion. The atmosphere was dreadful, with loud music making conversation impossible. The toilets were disgustingly filthy. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs. It is the worst lounge I've ever visited, and I'm genuinely traumatized by the experience.
