Excellent place to enjoy great Turkish cuisine. The lamb is delicious, well-spiced and perfectly cooked, and the staff really makes you feel welcome. A delightful discovery!!!

The atmosphere was very cozy, the server was really friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! Their specialty tea was the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommend it!

Best ever experience in East London! Pls order lamb ribs or you’ll regret for life. The BEST!! And thank you Rony - nice recs, amazing jokes and fun, and above and beyond service. Will def come back 😆

Love coming to Efe’s. The food is amazing and they never disappoint with beautiful and friendly customer service. Rony is such a delight! Yea is superb!

🚫 Avoid at all costs! I visited this branch 2 years ago and it was bad then — now it’s gone downhill even more. They’re cheating customers with tiny portion sizes, seems the usual mixed shisha slicing skewers in half, undercooked rice instead of proper bulgur, and tasteless chicken. The beef was dry, salad was just random leaves, tomato, and cucumber with none of the usual Turkish touches (no herbs either!) Honestly the worst rice I’ve ever had at a Turkish place. See the photo and use your own judgement. For the steep prices in East London, it’s ridiculous. Mile End branch is far better. I won’t be coming back — appalling!
