I visited Gaucho tonight for my birthday, wearing my red dress, and honestly the whole place matched the vibe – classy, warm and absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, the service was perfect. We were looked after by Andrea, who was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve ever had. So friendly, attentive and made me feel so special on my birthday. I ordered the steak and it was unreal – cooked perfectly, so tender and full of flavour. My partner got the burger and loved every single bite. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. To top it all off, they surprised me with a free dessert for my birthday which was such a sweet touch and made the night even more special. The atmosphere, the service, the food… everything was 10/10. If you’re thinking about going to Gaucho, do it. I’ll definitely be returning!

What a great place to come for a nice steak meal. Lovely venue with some very nice decor. The staff were all nice and service was great too. Both had starters as well as the biggest ribeye on the menu. Starters very nice and steak was brilliant. Cooked just a tad more than id asked for which was surprising but all still good. Quite a pricy place compared to others ive been to in the area but think this is still worth it because the quality is better.

Harrison was a lovely server, very welcoming and accommodating. We had the evening set menu and it was a great value for money! I had the empanada to start then the rump and the trés leche for dessert and it was all delicious! really recommend the dessert! will definitely be coming back! thanks team x

Private dining experience The room set up was just amazing simply and classy!! The food was really good, and the steak was absolutely amazing, cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth . The dessert was a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall, the meal was enjoyable. The drinks complemented the meal well, making it a great dining experience.

As good as the Glasgow restaurant. We took the Gaucho Sampler (£130) for 2, 1.2Kg of beef and it was succulent. The knife was cutting the meat as it was cutting a leaf. I also advise to take some sides such as mash potato or spinach as they are cooked in an amazing way. As an entree, I had the crab toast and it was also excellent, although a little bit spicy, maybe I missed the "spicy" info on the menu. Atmosphere is also amazing. I think this used to be a Church? There's still an organ with its pipe. The balcony is beautifully decorated and the chandeliers are magnificent. Service was also excellent, nothing to add. HOWEVER, I'm sick and tired of restaurant adding service to the bill directly! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE, ESPECIALLY WITH A 20% ADD! 20% is ludicrous. So although, we were pleased, we will NOT come back due to the 20% service added (and of course, they don't tell you that it has been added hoping that you will also leave a cash tip!!!!). Totally dishonest and unacceptable.
