Felt Discriminated – Unfair Treatment I visited Petty Planet at around 2:05 PM, hoping to get the lunch special which is available until 2:00 PM. I was already in the queue just before 2:00, but by the time it was my turn, it had just passed 2:00. When I asked if I could still have the lunch special, I was told no — that it was too late. I accepted this and was about to leave. However, the person right behind me — a Black man — asked for the same lunch special, and the staff gave it to him without any issue. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome, as I am Asian and it felt like I was treated differently based on my ethnicity. I was polite and asked respectfully, but I did not receive the same treatment. I believe all customers should be treated fairly and equally. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I hope the management looks into this and ensures fair service for everyone.

How are you a patty shop but have no patties to sell to your customers online. I called the shop the man said there is not enough patty to sell online but I can come to shop and buy one. It’s been a week and the same foolishness I’m being told kmt.

First time buying from here. I brought my aunt to this place. Lady that was serving was so rude and behaved very unpleasant towards both of us. Hence why I had to write this review.

Patty crunchy on the outside, meaty inside. Food is delicious. No faults. 15% off for NHS staff.

Recently stopped by for the first time for some breakfast. The guy who took my order was very friendly and made my morning. I got cornmeal porridge and it was one of the best I've ever had (and I love me some cornmeal porridge!) I'll most definitely be back!
