Lovely vibe and ambiance. The staff were very friendly, accommodating with allergies and genuinely nice people. The actual quality of the food was okay, nothing special but also not bad. The vegan pancakes were rather doughy, the lattes were good. Not sure if I would go again but it is good for large groups.

I went to the Balans in Soho and Westfield and I love their menu. The red curry rice and chicken is amazing and the croquettes! This time we went to have brunch and it was really good (although the steak should me medium rare and it was actually well cooked). Good coffee and service!
