As a delivery driver, I can say that this place makes the drivers wait consistently over ten minutes. As a customer, I wasn’t impressed with the value for money. Hence the rating. The staff are playing around instead of servicing the customers and it’s taking its time.

I love their grilled chicken, so flavourful and saucy! I enjoy it more than Nando’s chicken. They grill to perfection - no anaemic chicken. The rice is so delicious and I’m not even a rice person! Garlic sauce is creamy and thin which goes well with the chips and rice!

Very rubbish food tried to call 15 times no pick up absolutely unprofessional staff , the staff put drink all over the chips they were all wet avoid this Rio.

Today I visited Rios and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and friendly staff. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel incredibly saying hi. The staff were attentive but not overbearing, which created a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with care and served beautifully. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the customers, and their professionalism shines through in every aspect of the restaurant, from the ambiance to the quality of service. I visit the website for leaving a good review but shock to see the negative reviews, not gonna lie but especially about the staff, those who may feel inclined to leave negative reviews based on unreasonable expectations, even Rios is best in Croydon Instead of focusing on small flaws, we should appreciate their efforts and respect they give us

I have been a local & a regular customer of Rio’s since they opened 12 to13 years back, their food is always fresh and delicious. The taste is always 10 on 10. The staff have always been lovely. Over the years so many staff have changed but there are some staff who always been there. Well done to You all. Mariam is a lovely lady who has served me a few times now. She is always helpful and kind. All the best xx
