i’m genuinely so horrified. i ordered in person and took some food home. i found a literal pen inside my chicken and rice box. absolutely ridiculous, how can you even miss that when you’re putting food in the damn box?? £9.45 for this is a joke.

As a delivery driver, I can say that this place makes the drivers wait consistently over ten minutes. As a customer, I wasn’t impressed with the value for money. Hence the rating. The staff are playing around instead of servicing the customers and it’s taking its time.

I love their grilled chicken, so flavourful and saucy! I enjoy it more than Nando’s chicken. They grill to perfection - no anaemic chicken. The rice is so delicious and I’m not even a rice person! Garlic sauce is creamy and thin which goes well with the chips and rice!

I use to buy chicken from other branches of rio and it was the first time i visited this one. The chicken tasted sour and smell bad. The staff who took the order was delaying the delivery without any reason. My order was prepared and she was just standing near it and having funny chat with another staff. NEVER RECOMMENDED
