I use to love this place, was ordering 2 or 3 times a week during the height of lockdown. But the past few times I've ordered the chicken tenders have been beyond poor and measly, not even adequate for a 5 years kids menu portion. Reading recent reviews seems like BIRD is under new management the past 3 months. Just disappointing because this place use to be great. I wont be ordering again.

Was absolutely shocking! Wings are incredibly dry and tasteless, they seem to have been left out all day and refried more than once. Coleslaw was like a limp salad with a spritz of sauce. Absolutely abismal. The only redeeming item was the poutine, which was alright actually. Would heavily avoid, especially at the price they're charging. Sad to say but you get better chicken in Morley's. Go elsewhere

Ordered chicken tenders and got disgusting lumps of breadcrumbs with little amounts of dry chicken. Fortunately managed to get a refund from deliveroo, will never order again!

So I have eaten at the Canary Wharf site before and the food was pretty good..cooked to order as stated on their website. However today i had an awful experience with dry overcooked chicken and extra salty and not even hot chips. Long story short i fed this back to the polite member of staff who told me that the Chicken was cooked every 2 hours and that I had been served the tenders that were cooked over an hour ago. I was offered more Chicken but I was so put off with what I had been served I declined the offer. My ask would be to please let your cooks know that if you cook to order...they should do exactly that!
