One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The food was completely tasteless, overcooked, and served cold. It felt like zero effort or care was put into preparing it. The service was equally awful staff were rude, disinterested, and acted like they couldn’t care less about customers. Nobody smiled, no one checked on our table, and getting basic things like cutlery or sauce was treated as an inconvenience. The place itself looked dirty and unkept. Tables weren’t cleaned properly, bins were overflowing, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable from start to finish. It genuinely felt like the staff just wanted everyone to leave as soon as possible. If I could give zero stars, I would. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone there are plenty of better spots in Marylebone that actually care about food and customers.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The food was full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and served hot. You could tell real effort and care went into every dish. The service was outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure customers were happy. Everyone smiled, checked on our table regularly, and made sure we had everything we needed without even asking. The place itself was spotless and well-kept. Tables were cleaned promptly, everything was organized, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming from start to finish. It genuinely felt like the staff enjoyed what they were doing and wanted every guest to have a great time. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone—definitely one of the best spots in Marylebone for great food and service.

Best chicken shop around Edgware Road / Marylebone Area. The food and staff are amazing consistent high quality food served all the time if they actually deserve a 7 🌟 rating. If you ever around I strongly suggest this takeaway 👍
