The kind of service that deserves a standing ovation! Anu was phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, she made sure my friend and I got exactly what we didn’t even know we needed the most succulent, flavor-packed Korean BBQ burger this side of paradise, paired with fries. It wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience. Anu’s attention to detail, genuine warmth, and dedication turned a simple order into a five-star moment. If there were a Hall of Fame for customer service, Amy would be front and center.

I came across a store by chance. The fried strips there were extremely delicious, very juicy and flavorful, far surpassing KFC. I recommend the hot honey sauce, which is very tasty. The service in the store was also particularly attentive. Ayesha was very considerate. I was very happy to meet her!

Amazing fried chicken with it’s unique twist! Full flavour, crispy and juicy! Rubel & Mattas went the extra mile with me and my friends! Superb! Highly recommended!

Thunderbird Fried Chicken offers bold flavors and crispy textures in a fun, casual setting. I tried the vegan version—it was okay, not mind-blowing but decent for a plant-based option. The seasoning was good, though the texture could be improved. Sides like fries and dips were tasty, and service was quick. Great spot for fried chicken fans, with a few veggie-friendly choices too.

I regularly take my 6-year-old son to Oxygen at the O2, and after his workout, we always head to Thunderbird O2 for a treat. He absolutely loves their chicken strips—they’re crispy, flavorful, and served with perfectly cooked potato fries. The Cajun fries are another favorite, and he enjoys pairing them with a creamy vanilla milkshake for the ultimate combo. The staff here are fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special shout-out to Anu (Ann) (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name; I believe she’s Indian), who is incredibly kind and always makes sure my son gets tomato sauce instead of the spicier dips, which he doesn’t like. Personally, I love all their dips, but my son sticks to tomato sauce. It’s these thoughtful touches that make our visits so enjoyable. Highly recommend Thunderbird O2 for great food and excellent service!
