I had an extremely disappointing and unhygienic experience at the Taco Bell in Colindale. I ordered a 7-layer veggie burrito for my daughter, and not only was the service rude and unprofessional (specifically from a female staff member named Ms.Khush), but the food was also contaminated. Upon opening and eating the burrito, we discovered a strand of hair embedded inside the filling. This is absolutely unacceptable from a food hygiene standpoint. It raises serious concerns about cleanliness in the kitchen and the handling of food. Coupled with the poor attitude of the staff member who prepared the meal, this experience was both frustrating and concerning — especially since the food was meant for a child. I have attached photos as evidence and I will be sharing this experience on relevant platforms to ensure this issue is addressed seriously. I expect an immediate investigation and a response from management, along with a sincere apology and corrective measures to prevent this from happening again.

Extremely frustrated I’ve order a mini quesadilla I’ve waited nearly 20 min the shop is empty I’ve asked the employees they keep saying “1 min” or “coming” but keep doing delivery orders with no dilvery driver around. Why make a customer wait for so long I’m pregnant and tired from work very angry I will not be coming here again !!!!!!!!

This is the 2nd time I been to Taco Bell. As I know this place is cheaper than any other places same like Mac D. I tried many different items as I uploaded the pictures. According to the price the taste is amazing and delicious even the quality is upto the mark. The best is chess 🍟 fried Tacos Burrito They also prepare vegetarian if you ask them. The staff is friendly and give more information if you ask. I believe the food is healthier than any other fast foods. So go for it, to have small portions for a meal. You can have many options to choose. Highly recommended

Food is good, but staff need a lot of improvement. No service mind, rudely talk to customer and with that, it makes the food less tasty. Updates: flour-only burritos with sauce? are you really this low quality?

The food is nice but everything is little bit spicier than one would normally hope for by personal preference only. They are very generous with the ketchup. Apple tango is wonderful and delicious! Please try. On a summers day it is a little bit hot inside so please add ice to your drink.
