I had a portion fo hand pulled noodles with aubergine sauce. they were absolutely fantastic, a bit of spice and loads of flavours. and the noodles were really good. The consistence was the best part!

In the centre of Spitalfields, this stall has 2 screens for ordering so service is fast. I ordered the aubergine bang bang noodles (vegan) as a set menu which came wuth crispy wonton wrappers. You could see the noodles being made fresh and my order was ready in less than 5 minutes. For £10 I got a good amount of food which tasted delicious. Some of the aubergine was a little bit firm but still tasty.

The set menu $10 spicy dry noodles and beef skewers not bad value. Lots of chicken and the noodles were chewy like Udon. Lots of chilli oil thou. The beef skewers were good. Tiny bit chewy but not fatty.

Don’t remember exactly what I got , however the flavours in this is immaculate! Super tasty and scrumptious. Very filling too! Definitely recommend adding chilli oil cuz it gives it the perfect amount of spice to it.

Fresh high quality ingredients and the broth is also very flavourful! I had the chicken it was the best choice in this cold weather and very comforting. The depth of flavour of the hand rolled noodles was incredible balanced with the chicken which was delicately flavoured to bring the whole dish together.
