Beautiful café with breathtaking pink rose decorations ,definitely one of the most Instagrammable spots in London! I had a cappuccino and a pistachio cake. Both were delicious, especially the cake — moist with a lovely pistachio flavor. Worth the visit for both ambiance and taste!

A Stunning Experience at EL&N Knightsbridge! From the moment I walked in, EL&N Knightsbridge completely exceeded my expectations. The interior is absolutely gorgeous — every corner is designed to perfection with pink florals, neon signs, and chic details that make it feel like a dream. It’s the perfect spot for a special brunch or a stylish coffee break. I ordered chicken burgers eas so tasty 5 stars The coffee was smooth and full of flavor, The cake is out of this world so delicious The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient even though the café was busy. You can tell they take pride in the service and experience. Specially Denize the manager I highly recommend every one to come to EL&N London

Came here on a sunny afternoon on Friday and it was so relaxing and calm, the place wasn’t too packed that I even got some work done. I got the club sandwich and peach iced for the first time and it was really delicious! Will definitely try the other food items soon :) I absolutely love the tiramisu here so I’ll definitely order it every time I visit EL&N 🤤 The digital tablet for ordering and payment was very easy to use and even when an item wasn’t on the tablet menu the staff added it to my tab effortlessly. The vibes were so chill and the staff were also super kind, I really enjoyed my time here 🙂‍↕️

Go-to spot for breakfast/brunch (and their breakfast menu is available all day). The pistachio Spanish latte is such a treat! All the food is amazing, from the savory dishes to the various sweets in the dessert case. They have limited indoor seating but plenty of tables outside.

🚩🚩🚩The visit took place a few days ago, during which we witnessed inappropriate behavior by the restaurant manager towards one of the visitors in an aggressive manner right before our eyes. At first, she escorted her to a table located near the entrance, then whispered something in her ear and quickly rushed inside the restaurant. The visitor went to her to clarify and asked, “What did you say?” She replied, “You are very rude!!” and started shouting at the visitor as if she were insulting one of her servants, in a very inappropriate manner. The visitor then said in Arabic, “I will write a complaint on Google review.” At that moment, the branch manager ran towards her and began shouting, asking, “What did you say?” The visitor responded, “Mind your business.” The manager then continued shouting at her as though she were speaking to one of her servants. Is this a respectful way to address a customer? Having the ability to manage staff but lacking respect for the guests does not make you a competent person. Salaries for employees are not paid unless the project is successful and generates enough revenue to cover its financial obligations. This employee is not suitable for this branch and would be better suited for a location with far fewer visitors, so as not to pour her anger onto the customers. Being the manager of a busy branch does not mean that she is the reason for its success — rather, the prime location next to a hotel that is frequently visited by important figures is what supports its popularity. It is worth noting that she insulted the customer, who, as I later learned from the review, belongs to one of the most well-known and respected families. The scene I witnessed matched exactly what was written in that review. Therefore, if this manager has the ability to lead a team, it would be better for her to work in an internal administrative position where she would not have to deal directly with customers.
