If I could put 0 stars I would! The lounge wasn’t even open but they didn’t update that on Google so it appears as open. We wasted our gas money and time coming out to the lounge! Sincerely disappointed.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Amazing Experience at Sugar N coal! I had an incredible time at Sugar N coal! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The music, the vibe, and the overall energy of the place were just perfect. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the service — Agostina was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we were always comfortable and having a good time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and adds that personal touch that makes all the difference. Whether you’re going for drinks, dancing, or just a fun night out, Sugar N coal is definitely the spot to be. I’ll absolutely be coming back soon. Highly recommended!

my first time here, came on a Tuesday for a friends birthday. Our waitress there was really nice and accommodating, the mocktails and hookah flavors were amazing. Also the food surprisingly was really good as well. We got chicken vindaloo and chicken tikka masala w garlic naan and both were prepared really well. The music was also trendy and was consistent with the vibe of the lounge. Would definitely recommend just coming to chill with friends if you’re bored in queens and want a small restaurant/ lounge with a modern cool vibe. The chef was so nice, not sure how he knew (we never mentioned it) but he sent complimentary kulfi cake for the birthday girl which was really delicious, and chai. Gotta come back here soon.

My favorite spot in queens Sugar N Coal never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, the vibe pulls you in — dim lights, great music, and such a good energy to relax or have fun with friends. The food is delicious, super fresh, and beautifully presented. I especially recommend creamy salmon , and the cocktails are 10/10. Plus, they have tons of hookah flavors to choose from, and they always prepare them perfectly. The staff is super attentive, quick, and really friendly. You can tell they work hard to make sure your experience is the best it can be. Definitely one of the best places to have dinner, enjoy some drinks, and spend time with great company. Can’t wait to come back!
