Food was delivered piping hot and the Salmon bento was a nice selection, and a filling portion. Perhaps the fish could have been a tad crisper and the Teriyaki sauce a bit darker and richer, but pretty decent overall. Wish them well in their new location.

Not a bad sushi place, a good quality fish and well cooked/prepared, arrived on time, while it was good, it did feel a tad expensive given the size of the portion: Chilli Squid - 5/5 Tonkotsu Original -5/5 Sushi & Sashimi Bento 5/5 Spicy Crunchy Yellow Tail Roll - 3/5

The takoyaki was superb. Tempura was sublime. And they have Chicken Karaage Curry! Woot! Great service, reasonable prices, and easily accessible location right in front of West Ealing Station. No complaints whatsoever, I do wish they served katsudon/gyudon too. Definitely coming back.

We picked up bento boxes and maki rolls from Umami. Service was friendly though we did have to wait a little while for the order (about 10 minutes) as it wasn’t quite ready. That was okay since then we knew the food was prepared freshly. There was plenty of food and it was all very fresh and tasty. We loved the teriyaki chicken flavour and the crispy Kara age. Lots of variety in the bento boxes. Good quantity of food as well and we were stuffed! The only thing I didn’t feel comfortable about was that the workers had their masks down while preparing the food. The masks were not not covering their noses and mouths and l would have preferred more caution during the pandemic.

Friendly staffs. Tasty Tonkotsu. Unlike many other places, the broth is not too salty which is very good. Noodle texture was perfect. A lot more meat than other places. Recommended.
