Yen burger is known for it’s asian twist on classic burgers, and boy are the burgers good! Instead of your average burger buns, Yen Burger uses Japanese Bao Buns. It was so difficult to choose off the menu as everything sounded great, but we finally ordered the Yen Burger and the Surf n Turf. The latter was the tastier of the two, but both were delicious! 100% wagyu beef patties are used which means the burger is juicy, and the delicious seasoning pulls it all together 🤤 The Chicken Gyozas were crunchy and we couldn’t get enough of the Dashi Chips! All in all, a definite recommendation!

Checked out the Wagyu Burger @yenburger. It's not often I have a burger which goes into my top list without much consideration. I tried the Yen Special which promises 100% Wagyu beef though at £12 I am suspicious. I am assured by the owners that it's 100% Chilean wagyu and their margins are thin. Believe it or not, doesn't matter. It's a top quality burger and look how nicely they cooked it. They usually have a white bun which is supposed to be much better but temporarily using this Brioche.

This was a stunning burger and easily easily the Top 5 in the UK for me. They are in the congestion charge zone but you can squeeze a visit between 10 and 11.

Taste: 9.8, Quality: 9.5, Value: 8.9

Food was AMAZING. atleast for me, I highly recommend the spicy chicken wings. Lemonade was wonderful too. Not great service, took awhile for the food to come, and they didnt really serve us. The atmosphere was wonderful though. it was like we were actually in asia. great restaurant!

Unique and tasty burger options at reasonable prices. The sweet potato fries were great. Myself and my friends all tried different burgers - I had the Truffle Burger. All burgers were enjoyed!
Make sure to try the Lychee juice

The Wagyu burger was rich and juicy and perfectly seasoned. Fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Yen Burger has maintained its standards for nearly 10 years now.

Loved the ambience, great location, overpriced food, tastes good. Recommended. Located not far from the London Bridge train station.

In an area of generally excellent food options, this was a bit of a shock. Had a drink, burger and chips. Burger was extremely (inedibly) poor quality and garnishes/sauces were forgettable. Much, much, better options (including some sublime burger joints) nearby if you've got £16 (!) to spend on lunch.

All our meat is Halal. We can provide a certificate at the shop on request.
