Amazing Turkish restaurant! Recently refurbished. There is a really good vibe the restaurant decor is really nice, every detail has been thought. I visit few time and has always been incredibly clean, now more than ever is really important. The staff is very polite and professional and the food delicious. Reasonable prices. I really can’t find a bad point! Highly recommended!!!

We have had an excellent experiance in this restaurant, staff were attentive and very friendly. We ordered the Kervan turkish breakfast with lentil soup, food tasted delicious, good portion size it felt like it missed 1 or 2 items, hence why it got 4*, it came with complementary menemen which was ok.The lentil was different then usual restaurant but was very good. The bread was fresh and warm. The service was very fast, any extra others ordered came very quickly. The place could get very busy due to the location and good food. The decor was nice with good atmosphere. The restaurant is very large with extra floor upstair.Great location where there is also parking at the shopping mall right next door. I will recommend this restaurant if your in the area. It also could of separating the table a little more to allow social distancing.

You wouldn't know we were in the middle of a pandemic. No social distancing, people sitting incredibly close to each other, menus aren't cleaned properly, neither are tables. Sanitiser isn't clearly available to customers. This was an apalling experience.

The government scheme was understood really wrong by the this restaurant. As they served food that don’t usually worth the real price. So they would think anyway people will pay half price lets serve low quality food. We ordered Ali Nazik and Alti Ezmeli. Both meals were wrong by recipe. The food was cold it looked like they were leftovers from other customers I just hoped it was not as there is a pandemic 😐. The lentil soup we ordered at the same time with the dishes didn’t arrive with the meals. We had to ask three times the waiters to bring our soup. The service was below any level I just don’t understand they still charge service charge it is just ridiculous. Avoid at any cost this restaurant πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»

I have to say that the servers are not the most welcoming. They were short with us and not friendly. Towards the end of our meal, they kept walking back and forth past our section in particular. I suspected their behaviour was based on biases they hold aboout people of colour. I felt very watched and just as I took my last bite of food, the one who’d been patrolling our section the most, interrupted and asked if we’d finished. I felt that was very rude. Despite asking for Turkish tea, after our meal they did not bring it. But by that point I just wanted to get out so I did not bother to ask for it again. Normally when you dine in a restaurant, you expect a level of care. We were not treat d with care or respect. I’ll never return to this place. Plus they served my food on a chipped plate. Disrespectful.
