Absolutely fantastic experience. Our server gave us all the intel on how to get the best deal on our meal and even brought my girlfriend a free slice of cake for her birthday. You can’t get better service in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely shocking customer service from the moment I walked in. I've walked in torna takeaway and went up too a member of staff who ignored me as he was on his phone. I then got looked at told only takeaway in a very rude way!! I then ordered my 2 pizzas for takeaway and asked if it was 25% as per the poster in the window to be told it's only for dinning in which I didn't see on the poster and told him so. He then snatched the menu out of my hand and said it's only for eat in and thank you. As if to say good bye. I was very polite from the moment I spoke to him even though after the way he treated me I could have easily have been rude back. This is totally unacceptable and I've left feeling very angry. I will email into head office as service like this from any business is not on. You would be sacked if you worked for me that's for sure..

I recently visited Pizza Express and had an outstanding experience. The food was delicious, but what truly made the visit exceptional was the service provided by Carlos. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His warm personality and professionalism added a special touch to the dining experience. I highly recommend this location—not only for the great pizza, but also for the excellent customer service. Thank you, Carlos, for making our visit memorable!

Used to live a very short distance from here and have seen several incarnations of the premises. This version works really well. Large and popular open space with lots of tables. The service was very friendly and non-invasive. There is no service charge on the bill so you add any tips during payment
