I recently visited Pizza Express and had an outstanding experience. The food was delicious, but what truly made the visit exceptional was the service provided by Carlos. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His warm personality and professionalism added a special touch to the dining experience. I highly recommend this location—not only for the great pizza, but also for the excellent customer service. Thank you, Carlos, for making our visit memorable!

Absolutely shocking customer service from the moment I walked in. I've walked in torna takeaway and went up too a member of staff who ignored me as he was on his phone. I then got looked at told only takeaway in a very rude way!! I then ordered my 2 pizzas for takeaway and asked if it was 25% as per the poster in the window to be told it's only for dinning in which I didn't see on the poster and told him so. He then snatched the menu out of my hand and said it's only for eat in and thank you. As if to say good bye. I was very polite from the moment I spoke to him even though after the way he treated me I could have easily have been rude back. This is totally unacceptable and I've left feeling very angry. I will email into head office as service like this from any business is not on. You would be sacked if you worked for me that's for sure..

Came in for dinner, pizza and starters were delicious. The service was really impressive, we were welcomed by one of the staff and she was really helpful with the menu. Big thanks to Virginia for being a very supportive waitress.

We had a great experience at Pizza Express. The waitress Virginia was really friendly and gave us great service. The smoky bbq chicken and the pollo ad Astra was amazing.
