Went to eat at Choudary buffet in Edmonton, North London on February 2020. My wife and I both caught COVID19. The reason, we are 1000000% certain we caught COVID19 here, is because, we eat out ONCE a week. Sometimes every other week! AND we both work from home. On this particular week, we were both at home on Thursday and Friday. We ONLY attended Choudary’s buffet on Saturday evening. And of course Sunday is a rest day, hence we don’t go out! We were eating and the Asian man, that makes the naan breads was coughing pretty bad! Unfortunately, he was NOT placing his hand over his mouth and we were seated right at his fire line! Chips, pizza, chicken nuggets, etc is right where he makes and bakes the naan breads. And guess what? They are all my favourites! Being a buffet, I eat all their Pizza, Chips, Chicken nuggets, etc. And BELIEVE ME! God is my witness, within minutes of leaving the place I was coughing! We went straight home, and the next morning it was 10 times worse. LUCKILY, we recovered swiftly. And Being a Bupa client, we were in good hands. Food at Choudary tasted AMAZING. And the Large receptionist is VERY PLEASANT. HENCE, the ONE star.

Went there for somebody's birthday. First time visit. Good choice of food and desserts, but if I had to pay then drinks would have cost extra. Overall it wasn't bad but it wasn't the best buffet restaurant I've been to. However if I had to pay then it's good value for money choice of starters, main course and desserts with several international options. Staff were friendly and polite, lots of seating available upstairs and downstairs. I went midweek evening so it was a little quiet had it not been for the birthday party.

Its mainly pakistani food restaurant. Large variety of starters, main coarse and deserts. Food is good but not the best like other known pakistani buffet restaurants. Ideal for small parties and get together. I think more than 200 people can sit here. Fried fish was very tasty.

Me and my family was a frequent customer here, however having just experienced the new staff on front desk (Mrs Khan), I will never do so again. Her attitude was appalling. When we arrived we explained that our 5 year old son won't be eating as he has an eating disorder, but she refused to listen and told us we still have to pay for him otherwise we can't go inside. To have to pay £6.99 for a child who doesn't eat anything is disgusting. Unfortunately the owner who is aware of our situation wasn't working that evening so we asked her if she could call him to confirm this but she refused to do it saying "I'm not going to call the owner because you don't want to pay." She made no attempt whatsoever to accommodate our need. All she did was shout and cause a scene which resulted in us leaving the restaurant. This was the worst customer service we have ever experienced at a restaurant. This woman was truly awful and needs to learn how to speak nicely and help people. We as the customers should feel welcomed from the moment we step foot inside a restaurant however this is not the case here. This woman was not friendly and was not willing to help. It's like she just wanted to take our money and get rid of us. Sorry to say but this woman should be replaced by someone more friendly and caring.
