Another dirty food premises! Why is it so hard to order over the counter this day. What happen to good customer service at the counter ? I feel like a second rate citizen ☹ My twister wrap was dry ! I think the wrap was out of date. It just ripped apart 🤦‍♀️ My corn on the cob was not cook properly. Sack the cook ! If only they gave the same attention to the cleanliness if their shop as they do their online order it would be great ! I won't be coming back! They close at 2 or 3am

This has to be the worst KFC branch to exist in London. the chicken is so dry always! NO authentic KFC taste at all. Chicken still has feathers and fries are horrible. If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s the brand KFC i’m pretty sure no one would go there

Not suprised to see 3.0 star. Ordered a meal and waited for 25 minutes while no costomers inside and after all I ordered a sundae when food ready I was offered a drink instead Ice cream cuz they were out stock or something…..”””like sorry we don’t have chance can I give you gum instead “””

Absolutely pathetic i,ve been calling them from the last 15 20 min.i,ve placed an order through uber eats but last time they forgot to send me all my order. And when it came some of the items were missing. This time today when i placed an order calling them from the last 15 20 min whenever they pick up the call they listen to me and just hanged up. Thats tottaly rude and unprofessional.

Excellence is key to food restaurants and kfc masters that perfect customer service and an excellent selection of chicken to try j went with my friend once and it became our juicy chicken hot spot it is highly recommended so all should try it out
