This has to be the worst KFC branch to exist in London. the chicken is so dry always! NO authentic KFC taste at all. Chicken still has feathers and fries are horrible. If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s the brand KFC i’m pretty sure no one would go there

Absolutely pathetic i,ve been calling them from the last 15 20 min.i,ve placed an order through uber eats but last time they forgot to send me all my order. And when it came some of the items were missing. This time today when i placed an order calling them from the last 15 20 min whenever they pick up the call they listen to me and just hanged up. Thats tottaly rude and unprofessional.

Very unsatisfied with my experience in this particular KFC. The place e is disgustingly dirty, same as quality of our food that we wound out already at our house. Ordered not only this bucket meal ( picture below) but some different things, but apparently staff members knew better what we need.
