Lovely place to have some food before a concert. Alex looked after us so well. He was pleasant and couldn't do enough. Fantastic cocktails and the food was beautiful.

Great food, service and vibe! Sales & Marketing Manager Cece Commins was so helpful in suggesting options and making it easy for our large group of 22 pax to get their food and drinks! We opted for the set dinner which was delicious! The upstairs area has been newly renovated.

The service here is fantastic! We dined here on an event night and the place was busy. The service here is amazing, the staff greet you with a smile, show you to your table and keep checking on you. The place has great ambience and a good vibe. We ordered our food and it was with us in no time and it did miss the mark a bit. We had the padron peppers (5/5), the buttermilk chicken burger (3/5, as it came cold), and the x-burger (2/5, it was overcooked and not what I expected). That said, the service was amazing and they were serving a lot of people. Perhaps this would've been better on a non-event night. The steaks aren't halal, but chicken and burgers are. Might try them again on our next visit to the O2.

Continue walking to a better restaurant when you enter The O2! This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Disappointed in the food and staff. When I shared with a staff member that I had a peanut allergy, they said they would bring the allergy tables for me to check the food I was ordering, I never received this and never received any checks on my food. The food that all of my family ordered was tasteless and the smallest portions ever. How can I have a “plantain curry” which had three pieces of plantain and was the consistency of water, there was no coconut in there at all and it tasted super bland. The portion of the skewers which you claim “you’re known for” were smaller than two fists and they weren’t on a skewer stick, and the said green salad was three or four leaves! The portion of chips is laughable as well. Some had about 15 chips in their bowl. The drinks are also severely watered down. This really does top any restaurant I’ve ever been to as the worst overall! We all left hungry!
