Been coming to Zest for years. Amazing food as always. Large selection to choose from, pasta salads, paninis, wraps. Lots of juices too. Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Reasonable prices too. Would highly recommend.

Delicious food, drinks and fantastic service. I came in for a catch-up with a friend and the service from Gina felt like going to an old friend's house. Absolutely lovely! Would highly recommend.

Outstanding salad bar in Loughton. Wonderful choice of super fresh salads. Basically you can select whatever combinations you like in various sizes. All served up by the friendly, helpful staff. Usually am not a big salad fan but this place convinced me how good they can be !! Delicious.

Had delicious and healthy lunch here. Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was lovely. You can pick and choose whatever you'd like in your salad or pasta — I chose to have lentils and other greens with smoked salmon and mozzarella, and I really enjoyed the combination.
