It was very busy when I went in, albeit with the 'eat out to help out' going on to take into account so I would take the 'busy hours' chart with a grain of salt during those days. Aside from the long wait, the food was delicious. I got a Chicken and Avocado wrap and it was clear it was made with all fresh ingredients. It was big enough to fill me up however, not sure I'd justify the price on a non discount as it's London prices normally. Would recommend though :)

I tried this restaurant for a takeaway lunch. We had the Chicken Escalope and the Veggie Wrap. Overall terrible quality, the chicken was basically stale and looked grey in colour. We both felt slightly unwell after eating some of it, the rest we threw in the bin... The venue looks nice but it really is all substance with no quality. I cant believe how bad it was...and totally overpriced!

We ordered through just eat and when the food arrived there was no frozen yoghurt or yummy yoghurt. Which is fine, things happen and orders can go slightly wrong. What we did have a problem with was how rudely we were spoken to on the phone. When we rang to explain the situation we received a very sharp and condescending reply. We were told that a message had been left on our phone explaining the lack of frozen yoghurt and that the other item was being delivered. All we said was that we hadn't seen the phonecall before they bit our head off, stating that they had indeed left a message. We didn't dispute this but they shouted that just eat will issue a refund for the frozen yoghurt and then hung up the phone - before we could even explain our position. It's a ridiculous way to speak to a customer and I am not sure we would have been spoken to in such a manner if we were there in person. We don't want an apology, just for others to know how rude this person was who represents this business.

All the gear but no idea! Zest looks beautiful from the street but there is no vibe inside. The food is so basic, they didn’t even bother to toast the bread for our breakfast and because they microwaved the eggs all this awful sweaty egg water was on the plate! Juices where delicious but the whole thing was way over priced and just a disappointing experience. Staff should put in a bit more effort to talk to customers and check how things are going instead of just standing in the kitchen chatting. I wouldn’t go back!
