My first visit to this steakhouse with my friend. Beautiful atmosphere and decor, I was even tempted to ask for the monkey teddy bear lol. Service is great, they are very patient. Food was on point, great menu also. Excellent presentation and trust me it's plentiful and hot when served still heard my chicken wings sizzling, great portion size for the price. Definitely value 👌 💯

The lady taking our order looked fed up and rude. She didn't ask the spice level of the chicken so I had to go back to tell her. Also we had to get up for more plates and cutlery. I couldn't taste the lemon and herb so found it very plain. The rest of the food was standard. They advertised a QR code for discount but was told it doesn't work. You would think they would apply the discount on the bill. I definitely won't be going back. Customer service needs to improve and food is overpriced and nothing special.

My family and I visited Jungle Braai last Saturday on a whim after changing our original plans. Despite not having a reservation, the staff were incredibly accommodating and seated us quickly. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. We had a fantastic evening with a great atmosphere—highly recommended!"

Don't buy from here the portion size is so small for the price,I bought stake for £19.49 it's smaller then kids portion and half of it was fat.i was so disappointed because I used come to this restaurant so much previously I portions was good.

Went today, it was fantastic. Food was delicious and portion sizes were very generous. We had the chicken platter, everything was cooked well and full of flavour. The restaurant is decorated nicely and is very clean. The service was fantastic and the gentleman that served us was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and professional. Would recommend to anyone and will visit again.
