Amazing experience at Rakkas but I have to say the service was exceptional because of Frenando. He helped fix our shisha, served us and checked up on us all throughout the night. Best experience at a restaurant in a long time. Will be back for sure and a regular spot. Food was exceptional!

I had a lovely brunch here today! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for an easy Sunday meal. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The staff were very attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a terrible experience here from start to finish. We were met at the door by a staff member screaming at us, then seated almost inside the kitchen with no view of the show. The menu did not have English language we had to translate via a friend sitting with us and Google translator !! We waited an hour and a half for starters, which arrived tasteless and clearly not fresh. No one checked on us for long stretches of time. Before speaking to the manager, we finally managed to talk to our waiter who openly agreed with us that the food was not good. Another staff member also said she understood and confirmed that everything we were saying was true. When we raised this with the manager, instead of addressing the issues, she brought us a bill and insisted we still had to pay because we came for “entertainment” despite the fact that we saw none of it, didn’t eat anything and had already paid a deposit. Poor service, bad food, and management that is purely money-driven. Completely unprofessional. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

We visited Rakkas Lounge for the first time tonight with a friend, and it was absolutely worth the trip even though we came all the way from the other side of London. Everything was great, from the atmosphere to the service, but I especially want to mention Hakan. His service was outstanding very attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The level of care and attention we received really stood out. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed the evening. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place.

We visited today for the first time and must say we were disappointed with the food we ate. Also the receptionists lack organisation as they were not able to allocate a table although we had reserved. The manager on sight, Zee, managed to seat us and was attentive. She checked up on us in the shisha garden multiple times and managed to bring our mood back up. Also the waiter serving was lovely in the shisha garden.
