It's a fantastic, fiery addition to the appetizer menu. To round out the authentic experience, you can't leave without a Tongba. This traditional hot millet beverage, served in its unique container with a metal straw, is the ultimate comforting drink. It’s warm, slightly fermented, and perfect for sipping slowly while enjoying the lively atmosphere.
