I had heard a lot about this kebab shop, and a few of my friends highly recommended it — they were absolutely right! I finally tried it last night, and it was excellent. The mixed grill was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The chilli and garlic sauces were especially delicious and paired really well with the food. It’s a small, clean, and welcoming place, conveniently located just a short walk from South Kensington Station. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit. Thank you!

A long time ago, we stayed near Bosporus Kebabs and got takeout from there one evening. Since then, my husband has talked about it every time he eats kebabs anywhere else. So when we were in London again, we decided to visit—even though we didn’t realize it would take over two hours to get there. During the long journey, my husband wanted to give up and go somewhere closer, but I told him if he didn’t go, he would be thinking about this place forever. Also, one review mentioned it was cash only, which made him worried, so he called ahead to check. They confirmed they do accept credit cards, which was a relief. When we arrived, the place was smaller than my husband remembered—a tiny shop with just a few tables in the back. There’s a glass counter with raw kebabs where you pick what you want, and they grill it fresh for you. We ordered a lamb burger, two kinds of kebabs, sodas, and yogurt drinks. The food came quickly and was tasty. The red sauce was just as good as I remembered, and they were generous with both the red and garlic sauces. The kebabs were good but didn’t quite live up to my husband’s excellent memories from years ago. He said the food felt more average this time—maybe nostalgia made the first experience seem more special. Overall, it was a fun experience and a nice way to revisit a memory. The food is solid, the service was fast, and if you’re nearby, it’s worth a try. Just be prepared for a small, casual setting and maybe a bit of a journey if you’re coming from farther away. All in all, Bosporus Kebabs offers good food and quick service in a casual setting, perfect for a relaxed meal if you’re in the neighborhood.

Easily one of the best kebab spots in London. The food is always fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. The staff are friendly and fast, even during busy hours, and the portions are generous for the price. It’s become my go-to place for lunch near work. 10/10
